I don't feel like I have a lot of oil on my face and it feels a little cleaner and fresher after putting it on before I put on my lotion or a face cream

I'm on my 4th bottle of this toner. I've had issues with perioral dermatitis and mild rosacea and have slowly been gathering skincare items that don't aggravate my skin and prevent flare-ups.I use this toner in the morning and think it's help to brighten/even my complexion. I use it daily and it's never bothered my sensitive skin. Sometimes, if the weather is particularly dry, I'll do a couple layers of the toner (apply one layer, allow to dry, then do it again).I think the instructions use a cotton round to apply but I just shake the bottle up then put a few shakes in my palm then pat it all over my face and neck. I think you waste a lot less product if you skip the cotton round!Will definitely keep repurchasing, as long as my skin likes it!

I like how it’s made from rice. But it feels little rough on the skin.

I purchased this set as it was a better deal than purchasing two I’m From Rice toners separately and you get the bonus mini toner. The mini toner was a bit leaky when shaken once the seal was opened, but it did the job just the same. I am very pleased with the moisture this toner infuses my skin with and that after 1-2 minutes of swiping it onto the skin, then patting in the excess, my skin glows with health. Great prep for my serum/moisturizer.
