Not happy with product quality very light weight that can break easily and the size also not appropriate

Good frames.
Had recently ordered a customised photo print with frame.Good quality of framing.I believe the print quality could have been a bit better. The colours are a bit over saturated and the shadows are slightly burnt out. The vibrance is however maintained, so it makes up for it.Thanks to the people involved.Overall is a value for money and hence would rate somewhere around 8/10.

Item was good but size’s wrong
I really got nice customised picture frame but size was not as mentioned. It was mentioned 12x8” but it’s not 12 inches rather one inch less. Otherwise I am satisfied with the quality of the picture as well as of the frame.
