Perfect for my Orange Winged Amazon. A full price paid review.
Our orange winged Amazon loved this bar. It took hie FOREVER to complete the last one and I was afraid I would not be able to find another one. But ihere it is...and it is his favorite perch, grooming station and mineral reserve. He prefers to sleep on this perch as well. It does not flake or dust to cause a mess. Your parrot will thank you! Mr. Puffles would give this two thumbs up...if he had thumbs...
Mr. Puffles could not be happier with his calcium perch. At virtually any hour of the day he can be found -- well -- perched contentedly atop it...not a care in the world. Before the addition of his perch, he seemed adrift, lacking purpose...even lugubrious. Now he is confident and self-assured... perhaps even a trifle haughty at times. We can't chirp enough about the benefits of his calcium perch.

probably perfect for a Macaw or parrot
The larger size is huge, probably perfect for a Macaw or parrot. It's still nice for my parakeet since it exercises his feet. He isn't eating it, however.
