They don't hold liquid as advertised.
They were still damp inside and my pants were wet after a leak on the way to the toilet.

They work
I’ve gotten mine from Knix directly. I use them for light bladder protection and they work. They also worked on my might period day. I do feel they can be better sweat proof and better at odor protection. Overall for what I need them for with my job as a massage therapist they work better than annoying bladder leakage pads that fall off my underwear when I sweat. At least with Knix I know they are protecting me and they are not moving around.
