Great product, seems durable and as described. Easiest installation ever!

This lock locks on its own! Repeat it locks on its own. If you are in the habit of locking your door automatically, STOP if you purchase this lock. It will lock on its own and someone on the outside has to unlock up out ( i have no idea how to do it on the inside). Lesson learned.Purchased this lock for my bedroom, cheaper and better plan then a gun case. I really like it no issues.Have not run into battery issues as of yet. Running on Amazon AA batteries. I will update when batteries run out.

I bought 2 of these door keypads about 3 years ago and we loved them. They were well made, worked as advertised and lasted us a long time.One of the original locks we bought finally gave out and we needed to replace it so we decided to order the same item again. From the minute we took it out of the box we could tell there was a big difference. It looked the same but it was lighter and more delicate. You could tell cheaper parts were being used.Additionally the sound on the old one was loud and distinctive, the sound on this one is barely audible and the button are soft to when you push on them, not sturdy like the previous ones we purchased.Very disappointment especially since we had previous ones that performed well. I guess the search for the almighty profit dollar is driving decisions at this company. I would avoid this brand and model and find one that is well built.

Installed two in various areas to keep grandkids from rooms they don't need to be in as well as a walk in closet. Easy to install, easy to program. Price is a little high for what it is. But not many out there for just internal use.

I have this doorknob and now it doesn’t work. However when it did work it worked great. Good value but pay attention if you have a glass window pane on your door. The fit could be odd.

This was the easiest knob to install. Works well and does the job

My teenage daughter keep going snoop around in my husband and I bedroom.We bought this doorknob to put a stop to it.It works wonders, going on about 2 months and the battery is still strong. I love the light up keypad for night time access. It also has an autolock feature we use as well.It is very well worth every penny

Nice finish easy install not difficult to program

Bought 2 of these and have had repeated issues with internal mechanisms of one. Company had been great with the warranty assist but the same piece keeps breaking in different ways just on this one knob!!

I read the reviews before buying, was nervous but gave this item a try. It was easy to install, works great, love the auto lock feature. Definitely recommend this product. Wish I’d have found it years ago instead of giving my kids keys!!
