But however maybe this doesn’t have enough of them or the right amount cause I didn’t feel a difference. I do have asthma. I prefer teas so I stopped using this.Again I think maybe with longer term use it’ll help a bit. As the ingredients are for sure proven to help.

Ya llevo una semana tomando el tratamiento, como se indica en el envase, dos cápsulas por día. Y no se siente ninguna diferencia, no disminuyó flemas como indica el prospecto. Todo sigue igual.No lo volvería a comprar.

I got this because this year I decided to detox my kidneys and lungs. We spend so much effort on heart, and liver , and skin but forget without the lungs we are dead. Those who follow my reviews know my deal is skin care and supplements so lets dig in. I choose this brand because the ingredients are spot on ! I do not know how they could have made it better. I could write pages about each one ( of the ingredients) but I will focus on the herbs and how they have an impact with breathing. However I must mention NAC. This is so under rated and study after study are showing how essential this is for good health.. Recent study (March 2022) shows mice given NAC combined with Glycerin lived 24 % longer due the healing properties of NAC. ( I take 600mgs 3 times daily for years now)Now on the sleep deal. The reason I slept better was I was breathing easier. Yes this stuff works. Now keep in mind it has B-12 in it which is energy so your gonna have to figure out what times are best for you to take.The Mullein has been used for centuries for coughs and it basically causes stuff (mucus) to come out. It is also kills bacteria.The marshmallow root( made marshmallows with them in ole days)- causes stuff to clump together.The stinging Nettle reduces inflammation.Bromelain- an enzyme found in pine apples makes stuff soft. Especially in the lungs.Quercetin- a senolytic that kills damaged/diseases cells especially in the lungsCo-Q10- provides oxygen to the ATP (energy metabolism) processCordyceps-from a fungus and causes less inflammation and the lung bronchi to dilateSo that was very very simply stated to keep brief as it's so much more but I think you can see how this combination is such a powerhouse for clean lungs. Too,, most of the above stated have anti-oxidant properties ( kills bad stuff).So how did it do? Now keep in mind I have no lung issues ( that I am aware of) and I am using as a detox. It was slow and subtle but noticeable if you paid attention. Especially when I exercised. Much more energy. ( I took 2 hours before my workout). And yes it was a better sleep as my breaths were deeper and more rewarding with oxygen. So yes not only does this product work but is made in the USA by the friendly people in Wyoming. I must mention too that it can help way more than just with lungs. You may feel more energy. The capsules were easy to take and there were no sides. So yes all 50 stars ! Awesome product !
