Because mine was stuck flat inside and I only looked for it after noticing it was mentioned in a review here. •The roller is STURDY. •The green colour is pleasant. •The price charged is very reasonable. •The delivery was NEXT DAY. •A good TIP from an expert about the FOOT massaging which I found to be useful is : Massage SLOWLY I.e. 5 seconds to roll up - 5 seconds roll down. Keep within the arch of your foot applying gentle pressure. Do these for a few minutes only on each foot. Don't overdo it, but try to do EVERY day even if you feel there isn't time - at least do something! It worked for me. My best day, I had NO PAIN. Lovely cooling sensation and instant relaxation of my heel and ankle.Used for plantar facsitis in combination with heel pads and I'm recovering much faster than the first episode.It's a good size for my wide foot and easy to use.

The roller is made of good hard plastic (on the sides-wheels) and rubber (center). In my opinion, it is better to use it on carpet. If you use it on a slippery floor the wheels turn by themselves.I use it for foot/heel massage because I have heel pain and it helps if you use this roller systematically. I have also used it to massage my upper back.Overall the roller is helpful and does its job.

I got this for my foot pain around the arch. The pain relief was instant. The design and quality are both good. I got them for my foot but I used them around my ankles, calves, wrists too. It's that good.

It doesn’t mention anything about wearing socks when you use the roller, so I did actually hurt my feet a bit when I used it the first time. It made me apprehensive, but tried again with socks and actually felt much better for it.I have lymphodema as well as nerve damage in my feet and legs, so my muscles are always really painful and tense. This helps and although I still feel some sensitivity after use, it really helps loosen my toughened muscles enough that I relax better enough to get some sleep or the nap I need at the time.

I was skeptical after mixed reviews on this, but it has a good weight to it, isn't too sharp or flimsy and is sillicone. The ends are sturdy and it has good proportions. I'm a UK4 / EU 37 and it is very comfortable to use
