Great item.
Love it for the quick chopping and slicing. Great sturdy material that is easy to clean. Mom loved mine so I got her one too.

Great product!
Why did I wait so long to purchase this??? Great value for what it cost! It cuts your time and cuts your veggies so perfectly! Quality is great as it is very sturdy. Just be careful not to cut yourself (especially with the mandolin). There's a tool that comes with it, so be sure to use it. I made the mistake of thinking I'd be ok and... well, I wasn't. But, still totally worth it!

Love Love! Works as advertised
I just prepped 3/4 lb baby carrots and a large red onion in under 4 minutes, and that includes peeling the onion and rough chopping into quarters. Took me less than 2 minutes to clean. Only other thing I used was a knife to cut the onion. Simple to use (although for harder things like carrots you'll need to hit it or have enough muscle to squeeze it down, but I was doing 4 baby carrots at a time). Changing blades couldn't be easier. Clean up is a breeze with the tools provided. No muss, no fuss, no cutting board or 20 minutes of cutting. And I can store the veggies in the container until needed. Fullstar also has covers for the catch bowl and I think I'll purchase them in the future. The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 is one, I can't give 4.5 stars. Second, it's a shame that it doesn't come with a slicing blade, like if you want to slice celery or thin strips of apple or sweet potato for drying or potato for au gratan potatos. The egg slicer will only reliably slice soft things like an egg or a ripe avocado. Had it come with that slicing blade, the review would have been 5.

Husband loves it!! Well made and sharp!
My husband loves it! He is the cook, and repeats it is very sharp, easy to use, and clean up is simple. It is a good value for all the options that it has. Wasn’t store away too. Well made.

Kitchen Prep Time Cut In Half
I HATE cutting onions. I am so sensitive to it and unfortunately I love onions so much and they are in almost all of my recipes. My husband usually gets stuck on onion duty and I have to leave the kitchen until he is done or else I get horrible headaches and cry like a baby. Enter this awesome gadget. Not only does it make the time spent around cutting onions much quicker but I actually find because it is a quicker process I don't get nearly as bad a reaction.I love the mandolin slicer for things like potato au gratin, homemade potato chips, sliced carrots, cucumber etc... The slices come out so much more uniform than if I was using a knife and it is done in a lot less time too.My biggest complaint is clean up, especially the chopper. The black top gets food particles in the square grid as does the metal grate. It can be daunting to clean out each square and try to get things like tomato skin off of it. It did come with a small brush to get into the grooves but be careful which way you put the brush in on the metal grid as it has cut the bristles off. Also as a warning ALWAYS use the glove when slicing!!! These blades are SHARP!!! I am actually planning to purchase a few extra gloves to have on hand so that if things get dirty I can continue prepping without worry about cleaning half way through. The added storage holder is nice however I can never seem to get everything to fit on there properly. I don't know if I have it configured wrong or what, but I always seem to have an extra piece that has nowhere to go.Is this item perfect? No not by a long shot, however with how much prep time it saves, the uniformity of the cuts and the versatility of it I 100% recommend buying it. The good definitely outweighs the bad on this one.

weirdly durable
This is a game changer for inside of the kitchen! Copping has never become so easy. I have no issues with pressing down for the chop. When pressing down, I saw not worried that it would brake on me. I did figure with the price that it would brake easily but I'm happily surprised. I didn't think I would love it as much as I do. The only slight down fall is the cleaning, but it is expected for the types of blades you use.

Works well - but
I had one of these years ago when they were first selling them on TV and they were much less sturdy. This one is very well built. Its biggest problem is trying to be everything for everybody. I tried to use the egg and soft food slicer to slice a button mushroom, which it should have been able to do. Unfortunately, when I pressed the wires down on the mushroom, the slicer came apart at the hinge and did not want to be put back together. I've had $.99 slicers do better. A much better solution would be an insert with blades for slicing like the ones for dicing. The mandolin addition is interesting, especially with the juliene and grating inserts. As for the juicer, it makes storage bulky and really doesn't belong with this unit. People who use juicers don't do it by hand anymore.Overall, the unit is worth the money. The storage tray is nice and keeps the blade units and accessories well organized. Unfortunately, there is not a way to keep the main unit, the mandolin top and the storage tray all together so that they take up less shelf space. As a result, they end up being side by side, needing about 12 inches total.UPDATE: if a company read my review and decided that I was having too many problems with the machine. They emailed me very very politely apologizing for my problems and thanking me for my insight and offered me a complete refund without even asking for the machine to be returned. I was astonished. I have never had a company do anything like that. I think this shows just how much they do care about their customers which unfortunately is unusual in today's market. I think if you will stay with the basic version of the item and not try to get something that's going to do everything you'll be very happy with it and have a beautiful functional item for your kitchen.
