Works!
It worked well on my new build. My older machine did not work so well, it recognize it and then it stopped working. I think there is compatibility issue with older systems.

Issue at first with AX211
For some reason a AX211 would not function with this pcie adapter. Possibly defective card? Not sure. Luckily I had a AX200 sitting around in a drawer and it worked right away. I have this really old Lenovo desktop with a H50-55 motherboard, and it had a not really upgradable wifi card shape/slot, but there was an available pcie slot. PC went from just around 200mbs to around 700+/-mbs internet speed. I'm using this PC just for movies, streaming, music pretty much everything besides gaming. With a 6800k CPU and a 1660ti it works surprisingly well. So I wanted the fastest budget internet speed I could put in this dinosaur. For $10 this is really worth it. Idk if this would be great for a BE200 (considered the best wifi card at the time of writing this) but wouldn't be surprised if its fine. Heatsink doesn't really do much not really necessary. I have several PC's at home I prefer using these PCIE wifi card adapters. I usually disable whatever is on the motherboard and put the newest wifi card on one of these. Whenever a wifi card upgrades it super simple to swap out wifi cards with these.

Faster than my gig ethernet
Easy install. Good signal. Great value. I have a WiFi6 router. I actually disabled my 1gbe connection because WiFi is now getting 1.2+gb

Does not work, POOR SUPPORT, NO manual NEGATIVE 5 STARS
I installed my Intel WiFi card into this card and then installed them in my computer. The computer did not recognize it. I looked for instructions both online and printed in the box and nothing. I reached out to the seller through Amazon and the response was "You must insert a wi-fi card into the device" that all.Seriously a waste of time and unnecessary hassle. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE!

Works just as expected.
This is an adapter for putting an M.2 WiFi card into a desktop. Since most desktop WiFi cards are just M.2 modules on fixed adapters anyway these days, this allows you to roll your own if you want a particular chipset or already have a spare module. If you don't care what chipset you use and don't already have one and just want a card for your Windows desktop, I would recommend just getting a PCIe x1 Intel AX200 or AX210 kit because this will be more work and more money for the same result at best.As some other reviewers have complained about, the package again does not include the M.2 card - you will have to provide that. I thought this was obvious, as it does not have an M.2 card inserted in the pictures, list any performance characteristics, say anything about drivers or supported operating systems... but I digress.I have tested it with a few different motherboards and a few different wireless cards. All work exactly as expected. Performance will mostly be defined by the characteristics of the card you use with it; the included antennas seem fine. Be sure to connect the attached USB cable (and get the orientation right; the black ground wire should be on the end with 2 pins) or your Bluetooth probably won't work. If you lose the cable, search for "BCM94360CD cable" to find a replacement. There's probably a better name for it but I don't know what it is.Anyway, this worked just fine for me and it's a solid price at $10 so I'll be right back here if I ever need another.

Works for M.2 A+E Key Google Coral TPU - why buy a $30 Ableconn when there's this?
As my title says, Ableconn advertises their adapter card's support for Coral TPU. This doesn't. It also comes with a few antennae you have to unplug, since it's designed to host a Wifi + Bluetooth Broadcom card. But for $10, this is what you're looking for. Same functionality as Ableconn - both only support 1x PCIE lane. The card itself is high quality, everything well put together. Tested on Ubuntu 24 LTE with drivers (make sure to install Python 3.8 if you're running on that version - TPU drivers and code examples are a little behind on Python support).Works great, for 1/3 of the price!

Works as intended
Using a AX200 chip from my old miniPC to upgrade my desktop because I cheaped out on the MOBO when I first built it. Install was easy and assembly was too. I am a first time PC builder and it was really easy to understand how to setup and install in the MOBO (putting the USB cable was easy, I installed it in an open USB header that was available and made sure to align the pins correctly) and download drivers for the AX200. This adapter does the job right and without needing anything else, except the wi-fi card of course.
