Commendable.
Fast delivery. Used for a month now with no problems. Happy with purchase. Came with a two pin kettle type lead which was easily replaced by a three pin UK standard which worked. I got what i needed which is worth the feedback i've given. Thanks.

Not terrible, not great. I don't see a better option at this price point.
Made some hissing and cracking sounds along with a strange smell the first time I used the heating feature.Other than that it seems alright. On max power and with stirring off its able to boil water, though it takes some time. Instruction manual says the hotplate "will take around 20~30 minutes to boil a large beaker of water", though for me it took around 20 minutes to boil 250ml. More appropriate glassware or a cover on the top of your beaker should let it boil faster or to use stirring while boiling.The claim that it can heat to 380°C seems suspect. The 1L capacity also seems optimistic.Not many other options at this price point, so it might be right for you.

Heats up when heat isn't switched on.
Seemed like good quality, until I went to switch off the stirrer and burnt my hand. The heating dial was not switched on and yet the hotplate was extremely hot. Thought maybe just a faulty one so bought another one (same product, different label), only to have exactly the same issue.

No temp markings
Works great except there's no temperature markings so You can boil everything in seconds it gets that hot...

Gets hot, goes round.
Gets hot, goes round, still working... it did let off a few suspect fumes on the first use which I suspect was just glue/dust etc burning off the heating element.
