Good quality and quick delivery

These are fantastic for helping people with muscular problems. I recently injured my back and I've been using both to help ease pain and help soften the muscle (or whatever it is). The one thing to be careful of with the spiky one is if you use it against a wall it can leave a mark (especially plastered walls) so be careful where you use it!

Was originally using a tennis ball for release (as recommended by physio) but wasnt helping much. Once I switched over to these physio balls the difference was night and day - I use them to release shoulder blades, back and glutes and they are ideal texture/firmness to speed up release. I now pack them when I travel anywhere and include in my stretching routines. Highly recommend.

Bought these for my our son. His currently playing a lot of football and are great for what he needs to use them for. From either using them on his back against a hard wall or for rolling under his feet.I have maybe borrowed them a few times to help with my back and around the shoulder blade area. Does feel good.

Used as part of my wife rehabilitation following a broken wrist. For her they are too hard and not very useful
