🎵 The recorder comes assembled and after rotating the bell into the orientation for a right-handed person, I had a play. The sound and tone are acceptable for a plastic recorder, and found that mechanically, the joints held well and kept everything lined up. I am not a fan of a thumb rest for the recorder as I find them unnecessary, and they just get in the way. I tried the one provided, and it does work, clipped on to the back of the body.🎵 I was pleased to see that there was a cleaning stick and cloth provided, which meant cleaning was really easy, although I recommend that you don’t use the whole of the cleaning cloth at once. The small draw-string bag holds everything together, although some of the stitching I found was a bit loose.🎵 When I played the recorder, I noticed that the mouthpiece was not finished very well and had a small burr of plastic that was sticking up and catching on my bottom lip. On examining the instrument closely, I found that were a few areas that revealed that the instrument is not the best quality, with a rough finish where the head joint meets the middle section, and prominent mould lines. Also, the white plastic block forming the air channel is not quite inserted straight, making the shape of the air channel uneven where it meets the lip in the recorder window. A young child is not going to notice these things, except for the poor mouthpiece, but I certainly did. I have another far better recorder that I have had for 50 years, and I am going to stick to that one. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this recorder.

Flauta comprada para una niña de 9 años para el cole. Tiene color bonito y cumple su funcion. Lo unico que la funda de plastico transparente se ha roto un poco en el primer dia, pero era de esperar, no es mas que un plastico. Habra que comprarle una funda de tela.

Mi serviva un flauto per mio figlio (che frequenta la scuola secondaria di primo grado) per la disciplina di musica.Il flauto corrisponde alle aspettative ed assolve alla sua funzione di un utilizzo ovviamente non professionale e riservato a ragazzi principianti.Molto economico, sembra sufficientemente robusto: speriamo duri di più di quello precedente (di altra marca).Tempi di spedizione e consegna: 5 stelle!
