This is the second one of these wireless chargers I have bought and by far my favourite item Yosh sell. They work very well and are incredibly well built. I bought the one with the cigarette lighter adapter which has two ports on it so you can charge more than one phone at a time. Highly recommend.

One star because the magnet is very strong, stronger than any charger I've used. Second star because it fits very tightly to the vent and rotates very well.I would have given it 2-3 stars, because it didn't actually work with my car's type-c port.But I give 4 stars because of the excellent customer service. After an initial review and a return request, they responded very quickly and asked me to perform some checks to see why it was not working for me. After it was established that it doesn't work with my car's port, they gave me a full refund and let me keep the charger to use as a home charger. Really happy with their response, puts your mind at ease that even if there is something wrong with the product, they are willing to provide a quick and positive resolution.

I’ve had the item just over a year and a half and the port that charge lead goes into on the mag safe had become intermittent, I emailed yosh to see if I could purchase a replacement mag safe part. I received an email reply shortly after asking a few questions and they have now replaced the phone holder/charger free of charge. Great customer service, issue dealt with within 24hr.

Love it. Strong. Mounts well in my VW Golf 7 vent. Only gripe is that if your cable isn’t going straight down (mine comes from the right of it) the Yosh logo isn’t straight - not a big deal though - only for the pedantic.Doesn’t have any stupid distracting blue or green lights on it like everything else seems to these days. That makes it the winner for me.

The media could not be loaded. Terrible product for Audi A1 air vents. As you can see from the video I recorded, the phone holder is unstable, unlike advertised. I followed the instructions and tried different air vents, different angles, but it just didn’t seem to work. I doubt I got a defective product, it seemed totally fine. It just isn’t suited for round air vents despite what they claim. Returning my item.

The magnet is work properly. Good quality, I'm satisfied.
