I’ve not been able to contact the salesman for exchanging the product. The refrigerator stop working, is beeping and showing and error sign on the display, I can’t understand what happened with it, the product is importan because I carry with injections that need a cooler to prevent them from damaging and is urgent to fix it. Je suis un peu déçu de cet achat.Le thermostat indique 2° de moins que ma sonde.Soit 6° six réels pour 4° demandé.L’autonomie a 6,6 degrés et de 7 heures après un chargement de 12 heures complet des batteries.

Also ich habe den Pen-Kühler bereits 3 Jahre im Einsatz und wenn man die Anweisungen befolgt, schnurrt das Gerät und erledigt seine Aufgabe ohne Probleme. Im Auto bzw. wenn es irgendwo steht muss man wirklich darauf achten, dass es frei steht und die Abluft nicht bedeckt ist. Wir stellen es immer nach hinten und dann auf eine alte Fußmatte. Da steht er safe und rutscht nicht hin und her. Akku ist dann auch aufgeladen und bei einem kurzen Zwischenstopp kühlt das Gerät anstandslos weiter.Dass die Kühlung immer ein Grad wärmer ist als angezeigt, steht im Text drinnen- daher verstehe ich nicht die anderen Rezessionen. Ebenso ist es klar, dass die filigrane Verarbeitung der Ladeluke nicht mit einem Standard Kühler zu vergleichen ist… natürlich ist die Haptik zerbrechlicher. Aber man muss damit auch etwas sorgsamer umgehen.Für längere Reisen und für Pens- die eine stete Kühlkette benötigen kann ich dieses Kühlgerät wärmstes empfehlen!Mega !!!

Funciona estupendamente, mantiene la temperatura y la batería dura lo que dice el fabricante, ha sido una compra muy buena y me da tranquilidad para viajar con mi medicación. Me puse en contacto con el fabricante por un pequeño problema del cargador de coche y me han respondido en seguida. Muy contenta con haber elegido esta.

L'apparecchio corrisponde alla descrizione presente su Amazon. Il prodotto arriva ben imballato. Il montaggio della batteria è semplice, ma lo spazio per l'alloggiamento dei cavetti elettrici è veramente scarso e il processo è un poco difficoltoso. Raggiunge la temperatura di 5° Celsius rapidamente e la batteria dura più di 8 ore. Per ora ho utilizzato solo l'alimentazione da rete AC. Unico meo, almeno per ora, è rappresentato dalla custodia di trasporto che ha la finestrella trasparente che permette di vedere il display dalla parte opposta rispetto ad esso. Sono comunque globalmente molto soddisfatto e ne consiglio l'acquisto. Dato che ho bisogno spesso di prendere l'aereo, ho richiesto il certificato di permesso di volo per la batteria

So my son is on growth hormone which have to stay at fridge temperature. We was staying in a hotel that doesn’t have a mini fridge. So this was perfect for what we needed. The battery on it lasts a long time. While we was in the hotel for 4 days I kept it plugged in. Very low noise from the fan.Definitely going to take it for all long journeys as I don’t trust the cooler that came with my son’s injection. At least with this I know it will stay the right temperature.
