Never in my 69 years on this planet have I needed to file my fingernails down because they were getting TOO LONG!I started months ago with 1 Tbs each morning of the liquid Mary Ruth hair and nails product as my hairline in 2 spots seemed to be receding. After 3 months I did see some improvement, but they upped the price and I felt it wasn’t worth it. Then I found these gummies. After about another 3 months I felt they ere too expensive and tried the other Mary Ruth gummies with Biotin (red and white bottle), but quickly realized that, while less expensive, they were less powerful and effective.I also have taken Biotin supplements for over a year, with no noticeable change in hair and nails, but I continue to se it. Isn’t that the definition of insanity? Expect different results without changing anything? Hmmmm. Anyway, I’ve also tried Biotin shampoo (do not recommend for curly hair).My nails always snapped, split or otherwise self destructed. I alternate between no nail polish and sclera strengthening polish as I find polish diminishes the overall health of the nail - but it looks nice. My nails now are so strong, with or without polish, that I can’t bend them at all easily. I have to be careful making beds now, though, because even though not claw-like long (I prefer fairly short nails. Just long enough to make my short stubby fingers look more elegant) they can bend painfully if pushed too far. One did recently break, but instead of breaking raggedly to the bleeding point, I was left with a fairly smooth break that left about 1/8th of an inch of nail. It has grown back rapidly.I still do not feel the liquid product (which, BTW does not taste bad taken by spoonful rather than mixing) is worth $70. However, I have added pumpkin seed oil to my next subscribe and save order as I noticed it was one ingredient in the liquid that was not in the gummy (blue and white bottle). We’ll see if that enhances the product even more. Even with two products, it is still significantly less expensive than the liquid.Please take my words with a grain of salt as every body reacts differently. I can only say that I have not been paid nor influenced by anyone for this review. I just am so satisfied with the results that I felt it would be wrong not to share my story with anyone interested in the same results as myself. If you’ve read this far, my guess is that’s you. 🙂

I had been getting my nails done for awhile so they were in terrible shape! 1 kept splitting to the cuticle. And I wanted to grow my hair out so I ordered these. Let me just say, with 1 bottle my nails healed & stopped splitting & my hair grew & thickened up a bit!! And I assumed they would taste terrible, they DO NOT!!On my 2nd bottle!!

I had acrylic nails for about 18 years and had to take them off and my nails were a mess. They were soft, splitting, breaking, etc. I started taking these Mary Ruth Gummies about three weeks ago and I have been very surprised at how good they work. I tried about three other products that were rated highly and they did nothing. Today I look at my nails and can’t believe that they are so much better. I highly recommend them.

I have only been taking them a month. It seems I have lass fall out. Not bad tasting at all.However I’m not sure that there’s 60 / a full month supply. As I ran out several days before my next month’s subscription was due. I had to go change my subscription and still missed a few.

This is my second bottle. I was having so much fall out no matter what. In the shower and out just a constant of clumps falling out. Right now fall out is regular! Very minimal during brushing and washing. I love love love!!!! They taste good and leave no nasty taste. Obviously it’s a gummy so that gets stuck on your teeth a little. Take them in the AM before I brush my teeth to avoid it.

The other products out there were not working anymore. I seem to be losing less hair.Why did you pick this product vs others?:Have other products by Ruth Mary I fine very effective.

I was skeptical at first, especially when it comes to hair growth. I have been on them for maybe about a week and I definitely do feel that my hair is not as oily as normal. The taste of these is amazing. They taste like actual strawberries. There’s no weird aftertaste.

Great price. Good tasting product did not work much for me even after following instructions and including in my diet and workouts. It did not give me much benefit but not that I wouldn't try their products again but just being honest.And to be 100% honest I don't think it's formulated for (African-Americans) OR maybe the potency Of the ingredients are just very weak. But overall I would recommend giving it a try and see for yourself especially if you are African-American. And to please give feedback.
