The ladder arrived quickly. It came wrapped only in thick cellophane, but was in good condition. It fits in the window well, although the cover does not close totally with the ladder installed (expected). The ladder seems sturdy and brings me up to code. Hope it never has to be used!

I received the ladder very quick. I was very happy about that, because when having my basement remodeled, this ladder was required. I received it before the inspector came back to my house. It passed the requirements, so I'm happy.

The shipping was incredibly fast. It came fully assembled with two bolts enclosed in case one wanted to bolt it to the well. Seems to be of high quality. I hope I never have to use it to find out for sure, ha ha.

Just as described. Well made in USA. Easy to install. The ladders fit into my window wells perfectly and helped me pass my local city inspections for a basement finish.
