Jiva Organic Bulgar Wheat - grown in the USA! It's delicious and just the right cut. Easy to cook and eat. I do 'cheat' and cook in my rice cooker so I don't have to watch it. Perfect for my use. It's a bit lighter and fluffier cooked in the rice cooker - and I personally like that. I cannot get a good quality bulgar locally - and I would totally purchase this brand happily. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. Great Flavor
This product cooks easily and tastes great on its own. Used to make Tabouli salad and then as a side dish as well as added to cold mix lettuce salad.
