I read many reviews that said this product made their hair fall out! It made me nervous to purchase it. I decided I should try it for myself. I am happy to say these products worked out well for me! I have been using them for a few months. It leaves my hair moisturized, it’s lightweight and I have not had any shedding! I recommend trying it out for yourself!

Items came with only shampoo and the hair mask was leaking, wrapper had sticker that says sold in set, there was one in pack

this product took my hair out bad after 1 month of usage. im currently rehabilitating my hair to stop the shedding in clumps! i only use the products on my wigs now so the money i paid isnt a total waste but mielle will never touch my hair again..i lost several inches of length using this product

The Mielle products are great, unfortunately the products were shipped in a padded envelope and several items leaked. Not worth the hassle to return them.

After waiting for the products for 4 days, the plastic rapped was open and the leaving conditioning tip dispenser was broken.
