I’ve used these bands a few times. They are stiff right out of the box. After several workouts the start to have more of a smooth flexibility.As you can see I don’t use the strap and door system, so I can’t comment on that.As seen, they store easily. (Don’t use the bag either)Great for home gym use.Well, I’ve had these 2 1/2 months. Just got slapped in the back when the 70 lb band came apart!!Update 4/18/24Customer Support was awesome!They replaced the set of bands within a week or so.After 3 weeks use, 5 out of 7 days. The new set of bands are holding up nicely.I will tell you this after using 2 different sets. If the bands come out of the package stiff and covered with a lite powder…. Be careful,The second set came out clean and soft.The resistance is smooth throughout the movement.I would buy these as a gift.

Good product and very sturdy.

I’m writing this after my first experience with these bands.By way of background I’m an ACE certified personal trainer and have a lot of experience with resistance bands of all kinds.My first impression is that they’re definitely not quite at the same level as a brand like Bodylastics in terms of the smoothness of their extensibility. They came out of the bag very stiff and sticky.I was very careful with these not to overstretch them because I could tell that they were not ready to work at their full capacity. However as I went through the first set with each band they get a little more pliable after the 3rd or 4th rep but I just pulling a little bit further each time until there nice and smooth.The other observation is that they are a bit shorter than the other brands I’ve purchased l, roughly 3-4 inches, so you have to be extra careful not to overstretch these if you’re used to longer bands. You will need to be closer to the anchor point.Still the overall quality seems pretty good if sweet you know that you are a good girl you are very not exceptional.I’ll check back in with another review after I’ve worked with these for a while.My advice if you decide to purchase these is to go very slowly with them. Make sure you always start an exercise just at the point with the band is just taut but not already stretched or you will probably snap them at some point.As far as the accessories go they seem good enough. The carabiner clips are a little on the smaller/thinner side I would’ve preferred something more stout but they will probably be okay if not overloaded. The handles are more than adequate. I have not used the ankle straps.But as mentioned above, these are not quite in the same league as Bodylastics (which have been out of stock which is why I didn’t purchase another set of them).I don’t know if it’s the difference in elastic material or if Bodylastics pre stretch their bands as part of the production process, but those are ready to use right out of the box, these require some patience to allow them to get worked in.*Update: The bands are definitely opening up, still a little stiff for the first few reps but by gently allowing them to “warm up” they become very smooth!So if you are mindful of this, you can get a great workout with them and if you start each repetition just where the band is slightly taut, they should not tear!

Great for the purpose of exercising.

Due to the 90lb resistant band breaking shortly after purchasing, I wrote a bad review. Since then the company contacted me and offered to replace the bands at no charge. I've been using the band now for over a month. They are holding good. I've been stretching them to beast mode lol. I reckomened this product. Also excelent service. They stand behind there product.

I have bought things like this in my past. Never really used them consistently. This, I have used very consistently. These provide a great workout wherever you are. Love the included accessories. I purchased a bar separately for these and have been loving that, too. I have been very focused on getting my body into shape and have focused heavily on what I eat. These bands have had an effect on my strength. I use them daily. I exhaust every muscle I can with these. My arm is getting a bit more veinny. I am just loving the simplicity of these. You can create yourself a great workout routine and will notice results if you stick with it.

Broke and caused an injury !! I bought this set in January of 2023, but never even took them out of the packaging until a week ago, because I had another set that I had been using. The fourth time I used the 50lb band for arm curls, it broke and then snapped back, hitting my hand and arm !!! Leaving bruises ! I would not recommend these at all, unless you want to get injured !
