I've been using these for over a week now and so far they work wonders! Im not a big fan of the taste. They kind of taste like keylime pie. But they help me fall and stay asleep without making me super tired and out of it in the morning like some other sleep aids do. I highly recommend!

I bought this item (pack of two) for my wife who has problems with melatonin. She said this item didn't make her drowsy for sleeping and she thought the flavor was bad. When I went to return this item I found it was NOT returnable! So, we're stuck with a $40 item.

I have tried numerous sleep aids, OTC and prescription and nothing has worked. I looked on Amazon for what customers found to be the most effective sleep aid. When I take a sleep aid, I am looking to become tired fairly quickly to the point I can no longer keep my eyes open when watching TV or reading. The next goal is for me to be able to wake up refreshed and ready to go the next morning. Every sleep aid I've tried might make me tired enough to want to go to sleep, but when I wake up in the morning, I feel groggy and sluggish and can't seem to get going. The first time I tried these gummies I was blown away. I felt so tired after about 20-30 minutes after taking two gummies, I had to close my eyes and go to sleep. Here's the best part for me; I woke up the next morning, without an alarm, and felt awesome! I got right up and was ready to get going. I am so impressed by how well these gummies meet my sleep/wake-up goals. I have been taking the gummies every night for just over a week and plan to continue. I was quick to recommend this to a friend going through the same issues. He too was very pleased with the results. I strongly recommend anyone having issues with falling asleep or waking up groggy and sluggish to give this a try.

These gummies definitely work if you need a good nights sleep. However for me personally they make me groggy in the mornings so I only take them if I don’t need to wake up early. They work great though

I was very excited about receiving these Gummies and possibly sleeping better. However, I did not feel any effect whatsoever, even when I took one more than prescribed. And they sadly tasted like old wax and had no nice flavor to them at all. Oh well. I tried. Maybe someone else will have a better experience! I hope
