NoSalt Original Sodium-Free Salt Alternative, 11 oz

I bought NoSalt because I’m watching my sodium intake, and I’m so glad I did. It tastes surprisingly close to real salt and works great in just about everything—cooking, baking, even sprinkling on veggies or popcorn.The texture is just like regular table salt, and it dissolves well. I’ve used it in soups, eggs, and meats without any weird aftertaste. I will try to be as honest as possible because I depend on other people's reviews and feel I want to help the best I can: I have pre-hyper tension, which means I take a small dose of blood pressure meds daily, but that is enough to keep my readings as normal. But if I do not also watch what I eat, I will have High Blood Pressure in full. SALT seems to be the main thing that my Doctor warns me of, because I do not eat much of the other obvious things like FATS and GREASE and SUGARS. So I decided to give this a try. Not soon enough to see a difference on my readings, and I don't usually add much salt anyway because most foods are already salty enough. But I can make these comments. I find it taste pretty much like regular salt. BUT it is very fine making it easy to OVER Salt with NO SALT. It is also a tiny bit more powerful or "salty" than regular salt, so my warning is TAKE IT EASY until you figure out how much works for your taste buds. It does not require as many shakes of the shaker to get the desired results. Too much and it will taste salty. I Recommend. Good Luck.

I buy on Amazon because it has become hard to get in my area. But make no mistake this is the best Salt free "salt'. Once you get used to it, tastes great and adds good flavor.

It’s great for cutting down on Sodium, and it tastes almost the same in most foods. It doesn’t taste good on fresh cucumbers because you really taste the difference, which is bitterness.

Very unfortunately, I did not like this. To me it did not taste at all like salt and it was very unpalatable. I'm very disappointed and I will continue to look for a salt alternative with less sodium.

I tried it straight out of the container and it was pretty salty. I used it to season some fries and it tasted okay, but it left a wierd aftertaste. The best I could describe the aftertaste is "chemical-ish". So, for me, I'm not a fan.
