Deluxe Slim SX12 - Personal Mobility Device

Thank you so much EZ Lite Cruiser team. Laura's cruiser arrived today, the battery and accessories arrived yesterday. Got everything set up, the battery charged overnight, and took it out for a spin around the park behind our complex. Very very happy so far with it. We got the Deluxe Slim SX12 model for the larger off road wheels. Went up and down hills, and on sand/desert rocks no problem all around the park. Amazing climbing ability in it, thought for sure that it wouldn't make it up a couple of the steeper hills, but it handled it all like a champ.The customer service aspect though also blew us away. Michael responded quickly to all my questions and concerns, and handled everything very professionally, courteously, and promptly. Seems like a really well put together company, who cares about their customers.Thank you EZ Lite Cruiser - really appreciate everything, and so far the cruiser seems absolutely perfect for what we need to help Laura get around easier.10/10 - would buy again.
