I didn't know what I was missing 'til I finally lubricated my dry eyes.

Systane Complete PF is one of the best eye drops I’ve used for dry, irritated eyes. It works quickly and keeps my eyes comfortable for hours. The preservative-free formula is a big plus—my eyes feel noticeably better compared to brands that use preservatives. The bottle is easy to use and fits in a pocket or bag without leaking. My only gripe is the price. It’s more expensive than many other brands that contain preservatives, so it adds up if you use it often. Still, the comfort and quality are worth it if you need something gentle and effective.

I have extremely dry eyes, and I have tried an army of different eye drops that are supposed to help with this. This came very highly recommended so I gave it a shot and even though I’m not exactly happy with the price, I’m willing to pay it because it actually works. I use it daily, in the morning and at night and my comfortability in the morning when I wake up is much better, it used to feel like peeling my eyelids open over sandpaper, and now even though they’re still a little dry from the overnight, they are 100% Improved from what it was. It used to hurt so bad when I open my eyes that I would have to sit in the dark and blink slowly to adjust my eyes to being open again after sleep. I do notice almost instant relief, and I really do like the design of the dropper because it minimize the drop that I have to put in my eye and increases the life of the bottle. I have found that normal eyedroppers put too much liquid in my eye, and a lot of it falls out, which I think is a. Waste.

I have tried countless brands and several types of eye drops including prescriptions in a desperate attempt to sooth my chronically dry eyes. These drops by far have provided the best relief of any eye drop, ever! I only need one drop in each eye in the morning and it provides relief all day, which is great because I would need to spend my entire lunch break trying to dispense the drops into my eyes. I have wasted several drops and time before successfully getting any product into my eyes. The solution is thicker than any I have used before and the tip is almost non existent. The top of the bottle is really flat rather than pointed like all other eye drop bottles in existence. The thick drops hang from the short tip for so long that by the time it makes it out of the bottle, I have already blinked several times and the drops end up on my eye lid or cheek. The anxiety that is produced while waiting for the drop to dispense while opening my eyes wide is maddening. Even with the frustration and time it takes to get the drops in my eyes, and how much product is wasted, I will keep purchasing these because of the superior relief that they provide. I hope that one day Systane will design a user friendly dispenser.

The liquid is great- I have very dry eyes and this helped a lot. The squeeze bottle though is so poorly designed. They really didn’t need to reinvent the wheel.
