I purchased this product because the one from the pharmacy started leaking. I liked the large size of this item, however, the amount of gel is so little that if you lay it down, it's a barely enough to spread out inside the envelope, and as a result, doesn't stay cold for very long.

Perfect for back ache or for larger areas. Also moulds to the shape of your body so you can wrap around leg or arm.I like this product because it is a sport product made for pain. I wanted to also get the smaller size but only had this available. Great product. Highly recommend. Must lay flat in freezer so takes up a little bit of room but worth it. Thank you.
