Received the item in its original sealed pack. The look and feel is too good at this price point. Two extra combo rubber buds are provided with different size. The case is quite small and can be carried in pocket easily...👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Sound quality- Sound quality and the base is so awesome, also microphone is good there is no disturbance in calling, It has a extra bass sound signature, As per my observation and experience with these earbuds...Battery capacity- Its having so much battery in earbud, In a full charge this earbuds last more than 8 hours if you are listening to music, It has 50mAh battery an hour to fully charge, Its having 400mAh battery capacity for in charging case which will last for a longer period in one charge...Build quality- The quality of this nice and the finishing is also perfect as is made up of plastic body and it looks premium. The earbuds it is also made up of plastic with mate finishing which it great look wise. It comes with a case more specifically I would say a charging case and this also looks very premium...Connectivity- These earbuds pair easily with all phone brands and tablets for excellent easy to use. Easy and quick to connect you will be in your music within 3-5 seconds...Control buttons- There are control buttons for simplifying its use. This is the best feature. Long pressing of the button starts the Google assistant, Which is a very useful feature...Fit for ears- It comes in a size that can be easily fitted in any ear perfectly, It comes with 3 differents combo sets of rubber buds to fit in properly with the shape of your ears...- Volume level is a extremely perfect than other headsets available in market, enough to take you on a musical journey while you travel or in a noisy environment...- Like typical indian people I do like a better bass on my earbud and it does give you good bass so it is better in that segment. I find satisfying as long as the sound and beats are balanced which is flawless on it..- I use this earbuds are very cloud. You would not use it at 100% volume. However, unlike other earbuds audio clarity of these is very good even at the full volume. You won't notice any noice or distortion in the audio...- The most important thing for me is call quality and it does a very good job for the calls. Mic is extremely active and catches the voice even if you speak in a low voice barring the external unnecessary noice...Overall, I would say best deal at this price range😘😘🤗🤗🤗

I bought this Earbuds on 25th May got by 27th mayawesome delivery and packagingquick pairing , good battery backup too ( i used it for almost 2-3 hours daily without needing to charge )NEVER GOT battery low yet in 3 hours so cant say how long they work but easily 3 hoursused it for youtube music / netflix / work on my laptop and even PUBG ( worked GREAT NO DELAYS AND crystal clear ) use it with iphonethings and product was all good until one night i put it off and in case .. next morning RIGHT SIDE EAR BUD DIDNT WORKi was busy for 2-3 days from same day , so dint use it ...4 days later IT STARTED so i ignored AGAIN 2 days later RIGHT EAR BUD stopped.Amazon Return Policy was over by than so i did some findings and got to the OFFICIAL PTRON siteWhere I filled a form they contacted me back via EMAIL and gave 2 options in either case I HAD TO SEND the EARBUDS ( Dispatch ) within 4 days from the mail (first mail i received June 28)Upon reading the mail next day 29/6/2020i made sure i couriered the buds in its original box and everything invoice all by 30/6/2020and mailed them - that i have sent you , once you receive please update me for next procedure ( expected delivery in 3-5 days)so on July 2nd morning hours i get a mail - THAT WE ARE YET TO RECEIVE the product , Now i read this at night and by than the product was deliveredso i mailed them again - THAT YES I KNOW YOU WERE TO RECEIVE THE product I KNOW ALSO , i mailed to inform you that i dispatched within the 4 days DEADLINE YOU GAVE ME, and also learnt that you got the product today later in the day , so please do update me about the warranty claimnow that was july 2nd 9:00 AM they mailed meafter that i mailed them 5 times0 RESPONSEtoday tired and called them 30 times from 3:42 pm to 5:50 pmeither shows busy or NO1 picksso tomorrow i am filling a consumer complaint + an FIR against them at a local Police station near me ( who advice me to give them a final mail of allowance 24 hours to respond ) if not they will file a case against them Saturday morning .Please note - Leave giving a new product - THEY DON'T EVEN WANT TO RESPONDi get it COVID - 19 Situation , but again in same situation they expected me to send in a 4 day deadline and reply my mails for deadlines or to SAY WE ARE YET TO RECEIVE and now they have COVID 19 situation and cant reply ?well by end of tomorrow i ll have given them 10 days deadline ,will post as i get updatesDONT BUY FROM THEM - IN TERMS OF CUSTOMER CARE -10000000 Stars will be less evenproduct i was satisfied i wount deny .Late update !!So after a long follow up and fights and using social media influence I got the product finally in October 2020 !!
