I've had probio 7 supplements before, after antibiotics, uhowever I chose this particular one as I'm susceptible to chest infections and had covid. Their website recommends this one as it helps the gut / lung connection which I had no idea existed !! Only been taking a short while. I chose probio 7 because it's high quality. I knew an elderly lady who has been in hospital with tummy upset. Nothing eased it so I gave her a box of probio 7 original. She said it was amazing, after a 3 days taking it, her tummy was fine.

I’ve used a probiotic for a while now and it’s really helped with my acid reflux and general digestion.These capsules incorporate Vitamin D, which is great for me as I’m a night shift worker, so don’t get to see any daylight in the winter.I do think that they’re a bit expensive for only a 30 day supply as they only contain 2 billion bacteria, I would expect that to be a lot higher considering the price.Capsules on the larger size but no smell or taste so easy enough to take with a good gulp of water.Hope you found my review helpful

You’re getting here 30 typically sized capsules that are easy enough to swallow. The capsules themselves are made from vegetarian shells. However neither the packaging or the product page says anything about this being a vegetarian or vegan product. The fact that is vitamin D include it makes it unlikely this will be suitable for vegans unless they have found a non-animal sourced vitamin D3. But at first glance it ingredients there doesn’t seem to be anything it wouldn’t be vegetarian but the fact that it’s not labelled vegetarian which make me very vary. The daily dosage of this is one capsule so this will last you exactly 1 month. They come in blister packs and are easy enough to consume and you do not need to refrigerate them.

Wonderful formulation of 4 different live strains with some Vitamin D which is extremely helpful if you have had to take antibiotics or indeed you are taking antibiotics at the moment. They have instructions for both situations. The capsules can be swallowed or opened and the contents sprinkled on cold food. This last method was ideal for my mother who has dementia and often on antibiotics so I could sprinkle it on a fruit salad for her. If you are going to add it to your meal the food has to be cold and preferably it needs to be the first meal of the day.I like the fact that one doesn’t need to refrigerate it and that it is gluten free and GMO free. It comes in a blister pack which might be to ensure that it is protected from moisture and that being in a flat pack can be easily delivered through the letter box.The best before date is April 2023, so very fresh. At the current price of £ 22.99 for one month’s supply this is a reasonable way of helping your gut recover after a course of antibiotics.

I always struggle to go to the toilet and after I started taking one capsule daily it has helped me a lot. This one is very easily to swallow, no flavour. Very good product quality as now I go to the toilet daily and I feel a lot better and healthier.
