I like this oil great moisturizer for the bald head face and beard keeps beard nice and soft all day the head shining like new money great price for the size bottle.

This oil is thick which makes me know it's truly authentic oil without extra ingredients to make it watery. It's easy to pour and very smooth.

LOVE this product! I bought two JBCO products, and they were exactly the same with the only difference being that this cost WAAAAY less! The consistency, oder, etc. were the same.Some people complained about the fact that it comes in a plastic bottle. While I agree that it should be stored in glass bottles, shipping 32 oz. of oil will cause more breakage. Why not just transfer it to glass bottles? That's what I do.Others complained about the ashy smell. Duh!! Before you buy a product you should educate yourself on the manufacturing process as well as how to use. JBCO is usually sourced from Africa, India, and yes Jamaica but more of it comes from the aforementioned areas. The same castor beans grow abundantly in those areas as well. The castor beans are picked, placed in big fine mesh bags to wash off the dirt, then dried. Thereafter they are ROASTED OUTSIDE OVER A FIRE so yeah, you're going to have that smokey smell. Actually, that's how I know it's a legit product.If you don't educate yourself before buying products that you will use in or on your body you are being foolish.

Dry itchy skin, it works. Need a bit of shine in your hair, it works. Need help pooping, it works. When menopause hits, and you need a little extra wetness down there, it works. Literally can be used for just about everything, and it doesn't take much. It is kinda sticky, but it really is a fantastic product. The smell is kinda ehhh, but just do your research and make your best judgment.

I purchased this product but had not taken time to do the trial skin test needed previous to using a new beauty product. This morning I decided to do a trail skin test and logged into the online reviews to see if anyone had experienced any type of reactions. I was surprised by the reviews describing the powerful odor. Since this is a company that I trust and like, I decided to apply the oil to my wrists and each hour record the strength of the odor.I opened my bottle, and was I surprised by the strong odor. It does not smell like tobacco, but it does smell like a wood burning campfire. It reminded me of sitting around a campfire roasting marshmallows, then coming inside with that tinge of smoke odor on your clothes.I applied the castor oil to the insides of my wrists and set my timer for an hour.When the time rang after the first hour, I smelled the inside of each wrist and noted that the odor was nearly gone, but still I could smell a bit of campfire. I started the timer again for another hour and when it rang after the second hour, all of the scent was gone. I could not smell anything.I have not yet applied this product to my hair as I need to complete the trial skin test first.
