I do bloodwork every 6-12 months to check all micronutrient and hormone levels and I was low in zinc. 6 months after taking this daily, I’m pushing TOO high of levels, so now my doctor says to take 3x/week. Happy with this.

What I like about this is I can feel more at ease taking it for a longer time and dont worry about having to get on and off because it is depleting the copper in my body. It has the copper right in it. So far so good.

Very easy to swallow tasteless capsules. Absorbency seems excellent as vision issues cleared up after five days taking one capsule per day. Although not eligible for Prime seller got the product to me in four days counting order day.
