I’m so happy with these lve tried other vitamin e products,but none really worked so l was about to give up on the idea and then l saw these and the reviews were good so l thought okay give them a go l first bought this a couple of months ago mainly for skin problems and they actually improved my skin,they’re only small so easy to swallow which is good, no after taste as well,must admit a little pricey so after finishing them l bought a the same brand but without the exact same ingredients and nope didn’t work so in cases of your health it’s so worth paying that little extra so now lm on my second bottle and will definitely stick with these and this seller who after receiving a email from shows they care with after customer service

I take lots of vitamin suppliments and used to take natural source vitamin E years ago. Over time, I forgot what the benefit was and replaced with something else. I've recently been feeling depressed and lack energy and remembered I used to call vitamin E my happy pill. Within a week of taking the suppliment, I've felt so much better and more energised. When I looked into why that might be, it reportedly can influence serotonin in the brain - which helps reduce anxiety, improves memory, aids better sleep and regulates body temperature and hunger.

I wish they could take out the Tocopherols & just keep the Tocotrienols, that would be fantastic if they just sold tocotrienols

More expensive than my usual vitamin E capsules but after doing some research it seems the `cheaper` types don`t really provide all the benefits that taking E Complex does. I`m hoping my skin and overall health will benefit from taking these.

Most people don't realise that vitamin E is a whole spectrum of inter-related compounds: 4 tocopherols and 4 tocotrienols - alpha, beta, gamma and delta. This supplement has them all at high quality and reasonable cost in a convenient, highly bioavailable and natural, one-per-day, easy to swallow compact soft gel form.

This Vitamin is probably absolutely fine but, the gel capsule is very hard... rather like porcelain. I need to bite into gel caps and suck out the contents and this one is very difficult to bite into.
