This is a beautiful balm. Melts into an oil which massages into the skin easily. Use a bit of water to then emulsify and turn into a milk consistency, then remove with a wash cloth. I use it twice for my double cleanse. My 42 y.o skin is so moisturised, soft and plump! Buying my 2nd pot now, it lasts about 6 weeks ish. Love the spatula included. I think it's great value considering cheaper balms are difficult to remove and I've wasted money on them in the long run. This has the quality of a high end product.

I love this cleansing balm for removing makeup! It has a smooth, buttery texture that melts down easily and effortlessly without stripping my skin.I love that it’s infused with hyaluronic acid, so my skin feels hydrated and soft after use rather than dry or tight. It rinses off well without leaving a greasy residue.As you can see from the photos I've used this many times since purchasing in October, and I still have plenty left. Making it well worth the price.I like the packaging and that it includes a little applicator that stops you from having to stick your fingers in it and get it all under your nails. I haven't taken it anywhere yet, but I feel like it'll be great for travelling as the tub is lightweight.If you need an effective, affordable cleansing balm, this is definitely worth trying! I will buy again.

I have sensitive rosacea skin and most cleansing balms irritate my skin after one use.Upon first use, it didn't irritate and after a week, my skin has cleared up considerably and is smoother.Removes makeup fairly well and I don't need to use a cloth after to feel like my skin has cleansed.Only downside is it's not as hydrating as I'd hoped, but able to resolve this with a thicker layer of moisturiser.

Fantastic product, great smell, nicely packaged. Product provides a good cleanse to remove make up and only need a small amount. Great value for money and would definitely purchase again.

This product is amazing. Melts off even stubborn make up and leaves your skin feeling so soft and moisturised. No irritation at all! Would definitely recommend.

Love this stuff. Used many different balms and oils in the past but this one is the best. Feels expensive and luxurious- takes off eye makeup easily and face feels lovely and soft after use. Have re purchased many times. You don’t need much of it either. Good value for money.

I love elf products they’re great. This one is just as good as Superdrug’s melting balm and it’s a much bigger pot than I thought

First time trying a cleansing balm and I am impressed. It melts makeup instantly, with no effort, apart from mascara. It’s great value for money as you only have to use a small amount so it will last longer. The scent is subtle and leaves the skin hydrated and glowing. I would buy this again.
