I found this Ashwaghnda blend about a year ago after taking natures valley stress relief which is only 300 mg Ashwaghnda and 100 mg L- theanine but I needed to take 1 in the morning and 1 at night to see results. One day they were out of stock at Walgreens so I turned to Amazon and found this brand that had everything in one dose and it was more potent. I thought I’d give it a try and I’m so glad I did. I have 5 daughters who are between 22-30 and several of them are on it now as well to deal with situation stress and occasional sadness and hormonal imbalances.I have not experienced any side effects other than anxiety and insomnia returning if I go without it longer than 4/5 days. If you are suffering from anxiety or mild depression in any stage of your life then this supplement could help tremendously.

I got this to help my Mom deal with her depression. She does not like taking medicine. She refused to let her doctor increase the dosage on her medication. I bought the Ashwagandha and she agreed to try it for a month. Here we are 3 or 4 months later and she is still taking it. Her mood has improved and she is dealing with everything a lot better.It's a very good deal for your money. I would recommend the product to everyone.

This product definitely has a calming effect and helps me sleep. My anxiety has dramatically improved! I was hoping to get more energy out of it, but I actually feel quite tired all day long. I take one capsule at least an hour before bed every night; I haven't missed a dose. I really need a lot more energy. I don't know if I need a different product or more time with this one, but increased energy is a must, and I currently lack that in spades.

I like the combination of ingredients they work great together.

Splendid combination with turmeric, L-Theanine and black pepper

This works. Mood is calm. Vibe is smooth, chill, relax, bliss. You can feel the effects. I take two pills, and I feel the effects throughout the entire day.

Capsules are not too big -so not too hard to swallow which was good. Only drawback was needing to keep them in the bottle -as if I put them in a medication box the humidity affects the contents inside the capsule. I like that you can take them 20 to 30 minutes before a meal and I will order another bottle as my mood and energy has seemed to improve.
