I am so glad I bought these for our garden! It really helped save our watermelons and cantaloupes from rotting.

We grow our melons up a trellis, but some of the vines love to weave toward the bottom so we use these to help keep them off the ground. We have a ground cover and then about 4-5 in of mulch and the spike has no issue going through those layers. It’s sturdy enough to support an 8lb honeydew we had and then would rotate every day so it would get nice and round. Works and intended and I imagine would also do well for pumpkins.

These work as advertised to keep heavy squash and melons from rotting into the ground as they grow in your garden. They are easy to use but a little flimsy - as long as you don't step or run over them they will work great for you.

We had a wetter summer than usual and these were great. We had over ten cantaloupes this summer and they all survived, with no rot or other issues. The cradles were easy to place in the ground and only needed to be shifted for balance as the cantaloupes got enormous and the weight tipped them a bit. Definitely recommend

As my title says not sure how I feel about these. The “idea” is definitely a good one however, feel like my watermelons wouldn’t been ok on the ground. They didn’t stay in the ground, my watermelons kept falling off, had to keep repositioning my watermelons. I’ll use them again next season for melons and hopefully I’ll have a better review to write.

I got these to get my sugar bush watermelons off the ground so they don't rot. The melons are about the size of a soccer or basketball depending. These supports did nicely and I had no problems. I am going to grow some plants for my brother and I got him a set as a gift.

Working fantastic in the garden for my watermelons highly recommend will definitely be buying more

Haven’t use yet but look great
