I start my work day with this and feel the extra boost of energy within 30 minutes. It is a steady boost throughout the day which leaves me feeling overall better, energized and focused. It has a higher amount of L-theanine, and Theobromine which you could get in a multivitamtin but this is targeted for someone like me who is tired of not being able to do simple math or think straight by 3:00. Overall I would recommend not as a focus enhancer, but more of a steady think straight throughout the day type of help.

I have taken this product as directed twice . It has made me sick both times. First time on empty stomach and second time with food.It has not given me energy.It is not refundable! Buyer beware.
