A hurricane hit while I was gone for a month. Thought my frig turned back on when the power came back, but found out the hard way the frig blew a fuse. Opened my frig after a month to the most horrific smell of rotted food. Had flies living in the frig. Threw everything out and deep cleaned the frig twice, taking every part out and scrubbing each inch with a toothbrush. Even cleaned the cooling coils and drip pan. Soaked the drawers in vinegar, then bleach. Cleaned the frig twice using everything Google said to try including baking soda, vinegar, bleach, and hydrogen peroxide. Changed the air filter. Aired out the frig with a fan several days. Left baking soda, coffee grounds, fresh lemon slices, banana peels, and air fresheners inside of it without any luck. Thought the frig was finished. Last ditch effort was to try this…AND IT WORKED! I have no idea how it did it, but it removed the stink. It’s been a few weeks now and the smell remains gone. Best product ever.

Have tried every remedy to fix my stinky fridge. Have taken everything out, cleaned it from head to toe a million times. Tried leaving baking soda, coffee grounds, newspaper, and a bunch of other “hacks” in my fridge. Bought a bunch of other fridge deodorizers, and could never really get rid of the weird smell.This one finally did the charm, and it fixed the smell QUICKLY! These are very effective and I would totally buy them again. Apparently they are rechargeable in the sun? So I might not have to repurchase, but I would be willing to. Worked like a charm.
