Q: Is this too big for a sun conure?

My sun conure has had this ball in his cage for 10 years now. He loves it and when he gets exited and wants to come out of his cage he'll give the ball a good shake with his beak. And he likes to give it one final shake right before bedtime each night...it's one of his weird quirks. Anyway, it's not at all too big for a sun conure and after having one for 10 years now for my conure I very highly recommend it.

Q: My african grey is great at chewing through toys. Will she be able to destroy this?

Your Grey can absolutely chew up this toy. Mine has destroyed two, but I'm ordering #3 today. If you stuff it with hand toys, it'll last longer. For 6 bucks, it lasts a lot longer than toys that cost 3X as much.

Q: would this be too easy for lovebirds? if yes, any suggestions?

I would not suggest it for a lovebird. I ordered one for my African Grey parrot and returned it when I discovered that the material was so soft that it could easily be chewed and ingested This toy does not seem to me to be safe for birds.
