Would this work with active pickups? a lot of wireless units iv looked at state if it’s suitable for passive or active pick ups, but can’t find here
I already have these and they're very good. However I typically use 3 guitars on stage, so, can i buy extra transmitters to send to one receiver?
I get how these work, but what happens when you want to add pedles, i use a looper quite alot so how would that work
Is it any good for single coils and active pickups?

Leads are a thing of the past now

Really excellent, I can't detect any time lag whatsoever. There is no discernable difference between these and cable. However I have, until now, been replacing leads two or three times a year, ( I get quite enthusiastic!) not anymore. Battery life is excellent, I haven't yet had to recharge them, and I have had them for three weeks, and I play every day for 20 minutes or so. Quality of sound excellent, very good products, seriously impressed.

Excellent value for money

Early days but the wireless system is working perfectly. The battery life seems better than my far more expensive versions.I particularly like the double charging lead that was supplied, it is a good length andmakes charging very convenient.

Works well, no wires at all but not faultless

Compared to the first of this type of product I bought, a cheap and cheerful Gear4Music WGV-601, which itself was a joy compared to previous wired misery in my home studio, this is excellent. At Nov 23 this product was twice the price I had paid for the WGV-601, so I suppose it should be better. But, it is. First there are no wires at all, other than for charging, which is terrific, you can easily swap it from one instrument to another and from one amp/mixer input to another. That other product had a cigarette packet sized transmitter to which you ran a short cable from the guitar and then you had to hook the transmitter to your belt or stick it in your pocket. None of that here. At the receiver end it's just as simple, the WGV-601 receiver was mains powered, about the size of a walkman (yes, I'm that old) and is not quick and easy to swap from one place to another, this is. I have been using the Legato for about a two weeks in a home studio environment where it has worked fine, sounds fine, no noticeable lag and no louds squeals or screeches when plugging, unplugging or turning off or on, again unlike the WGV-601. Battery life, in my environment, seems adequate. It's quite large so if your guitar has a socket on the front of the guitar (e.g. Stratocaster style) that may be a problem. Not five stars for two reasons. First ruggedness and build quality. Although I think this will be fine for my home studio use I'm not sure it would survive the rough treatment it may get owned by a gigging musician. Second, the on-off switch is a slider, a bit stiff and black on a black casing. That means when reaching for it, first, where is it, then I'm never sure whether to slide toward or away from me (the print is small too) and you need to turn it off as it doesn't have an auto-off. A contrasting coloured button would have been better, you know a button has to be pushed and that muscle movement is unambiguous. I can't comment on how well it works in an environment with several other musicians using similar equipment. Overall very happy with it.

Game changer

I only use at home so this is not a review for the stage.I never imagined that a wireless system could be so cheap, I've only ever seen the ones professionals use. When shopping for a new practice amp I noticed the Boss Katana has something like this. When I saw these were available at an affordable price I couldn't resist. To be honest I didn't expect much, but am really shocked. This is one of those things where you wonder why you did so long without one.The convenience of being wire free can not be underestimated. Now I only use these for home noodling on a practice amp but it's just so much nicer not having cables trailing everywhere.I notice no drop in quality. Setup is a breeze and they are rechargeable.Every home noodler should have these and I wouldn't be surprised is people are using them to gig with too.The folding jack means I can position on the amo so I can clearly see and on the guitar end I can fold it into the body. There is also a nice pad on the back to avoid damaging the guitar finish. With the sudden influx of mini/micro amps a heavy guitar cable can easily cause the amp to tip over, this completely erases this issue.Literally a game changer for me. A proper Ah-ha moment at an affordable price. I'm sure there's better quality/range devices out there, but I don't need that. One downside is the charging port is the ancient microUSB. You can charge both transmitter & receiver at the same time using the included Y-split cable, but if you missplace that you may struggle to get a replacement due to it being an older plug. I would have preferred USB-C as most devices come with this now, meaning you could charge with a phone/tablet charger etc. should the need arise.

Clean signal and no discernable latency

Bought as a back up to my more expensive USA ones and also an older Lekato 5.8 (which is sleaker and also very good, but has cut out occasionally). This has been used in rehearsals no problem, not yet gigged. It is bulky - which I thought might be to do with longer battery life, but the battery life seems no better than the other Lekato (but good enough). I was very disappointed by 2 more expensive models by a similar Chinese company and sent them back: one of those was distorted, the other had a low output. This seems to do the business very well, but ask me again after a few gigs: that's the real test.
