Let's start this review by stating my first order was incorrect due to me selecting the wrong year for my Toyota. The ones shipped to me, I had to return and the ensuing conversation I had with the AREO representatives was nothing less than a fantastic example of customer service. Not only did they accept my return, even though it was my fault, they immediately shipped the correct blades even without waiting for me to ship the ones I had back. That's a big WOW! Now as to quality of the blades, I had ordered a set for my wife's BMW and after installation it rained that very morning. She came home later and told me how great they were which is not typical for her to comment on such things. So, bottom line, this will be the only blades I will buy from now on and if you have read this review, you should give them a try. Fantastic !

Without specifically measuring the blades, I have no idea if I got the correct blades since the box had no markings as to length of each blade, no model number, no application notation, no instructions with respect to the included adapters. It was just a box with marketing information. I ordered two different sets for my two autos. I could not get the set for my pickup to fit and lock after about 30 minutes of trying, so I packed them back in the box and will likely throw them away. I didn't even try the second auto figuring I would have the same issue as both are Toyotas. Not worth the money or time to install these poorly designed blades. I have no idea how they actually performed as I couldn't mount them.

The product itself seems ok, but the instructions are pure garbage. The illustration on the box did not even match the look of the actual product in the box.They recommend going to their website for help with the installation, so I went there for help. What a joke! They have videos, but these are not produced by the company. They are links to YouTube where some amateur has taken the kindness of showing how its done. Unfortunately, the video does not match the same product I got. Had to waste an hour to figure out.They could have the decency to have a professionally produced video on each of their models, but are too cheap to pony up for a service like that. Don't bother going to their website. Go directly to Youtube and you may find an answer there,

The first set I received chattered and jumped on the up-sweep when it was wet (bad characteristic for a wiper). I contacted customer support which answered promptly and sent me a second set. These work much better - only a little squeak at the top of an upstroke) but seems to have smoothed out and gotten better with time. I will try to give an update on longevity. In the past I have used rain-x wipers (lasted 11 months) and valeo wipers (lasted 13 months). I will see how long these last. Customer service is awesome.

I received these very quickly.Simple to install. As a matter of fact, they were so simple to install, I questioned whether I had done it correctly. I did.The way the tension holds them to the windshield is fantastic. I don't use my wipers a lot and they usually rot because I rain-x my windshield and typically don't turn them on.My windshield was dirt from off roading and I put these on and hit the windshield washer button.They cleaned the windshield within three strokes.So for initial review, I give them 5 stars.

Fit perfect on the 2007 Tundra. Easy install. Just noticed I purchased them in Sept and installed them last week. In December. Lol. Good thing it doesn’t rain in Vegas. I’m sure the wife was happy today when she got to use them. Yep. It finally rained here.

I have had problems getting universal wipers to attach properly on my 2010 tundra. These went on in 2 minutes and wipe window perfectly. Replaced OEM from dealer I usually buy with these at quarter of price.

These are ok. Not quite the easy fit they advertise and not exactly the same connection as in the photos, but nevertheless they did fit with a but of persuasion.Also, they don't give the cleanest of wipes at times, especially when there is more than just rain e.g. sand mud, etc. when they have a tendency to collect sediment and leave a few streaks across the windscreen.
