Very disappointing. One of the main screw fixings wouldn’t hold as the part inside the seat kept slipping. This means the fixings are very poor quality and as they are needed for the chair to be safe this is concerning.Poor quality casters did not roll but dragged across surfaces. This had to be returned and that was complicated by the first customer services person I spoke to who wouldn’t/couldn’t understand it was not possible to put it back in the box it came in. She expected me to have a box large enough to put it in. As it couldn’t be completely dismantled I had to put it in 2 parcels. What I wasn’t told was I would need 2 different labels. I have wasted a day waiting for collection that couldn’t happen and now have to give up another day as Hermes don’t even give am or pm slots only 8am to 8pm. Not a happy customer Amazon!

The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately the fixing on one of the four positions on the underside of the seat was not secure. It came loose and began to spin once the bolt was half way in. Can neither undo or fix securely so cannot dismantle to return.

The chair that this replaced had worked for around 6 years, so imagine my surprise when the gas ram failed after just 6 months. Cheap components is my guess. We'll see what if anything they do to fix the problem.

Good chair but mesh back will run from hole.

I use the chair for 3 days of work a week. I've had it for 6 months. The hydraulic ram has failed and now the chair is useless.

The foam used in the cushion is poor. I'm quite light and still it feels like sitting on the plastic base.

Difficult to assemble and screw holes did not line up correctly. Looked like it would have been a good chair if not for the build quality letting it down. Returned the item for completely different chair.

Be careful, bought this chair and half the parts were missing.
