Warm and soft. I've slept well since getting this, it's not so thick that you can't get away from it.

I purchased a 2.5 tog double size to replace an old 4 tog. I couldn’t believe the thickness & softness, I thought it was a mistake, but no. The double size fits into our double cover, It’s very light, thick & soft & keeps us at an ambient temperature, even on the recent ‘hottest night’. What a bargain!I have slept under a ‘feels like down’ quilt before & can say they really do - our winter duvet is goose down. When I replace it, I won’t hesitate to get a heavier tog of one of these.The dog loves it too.

Husband loves it. Warm, cosy and thick. As I suffer with hot flushes especially at night I bought this for my husband to go in his side of a duvet cover. Now he is warm and I can stay cool.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Seemed like a good quality item, made in UK. However, upon opening the packaging we found the quilt wasn’t properly stitched in several places. There were loads of loose threads, so the wadding would be able move around and bulk up over time. The seller did everything they possibly could to avoid accepting a return - we were just outside the standard 30 days return period, however as the item was faulty, I tried to reason with them that they should still accept the return for a full refund. No dice. They only offered a partial “goodwill” payment if we kept the quilt - but the quilt was unusable.In the end I was so frustrated I contacted Amazon and was immediately told that of course I could return the quilt! It’s been returned for a full refund.Upon reading reviews I can see now that other buyers have had the same issue with bad stitching. Never had any bother with 3rd party sellers before but lesson learned. Will avoid if at all possible from now on.
