Nice and strong but heavier than expected

Ladder is actually fine. Does not feel as sturdy as I expected based on other step-stool-type ladders I have used. The latch that locks it open is a little fidgety - need to check carefully that it is indeed latched before using the ladder, and then need to play with it a bit to un-latch before it can fold. But it works fine, is safe to use, and good value for the price. I suppose I could have paid much more and gotten a much sturdier ladder, but I did not need that - need to get things on/off high shelves and sometimes change a lightbulb, and it certainly works safely for that purpose. I probably would not feel comfortable using it for serious heavier work.

These are well made. They weigh 12 kilos so you could use them for a bit of exercise equipment 😁Always wear footwear as it hurts going up in socks.

Easy peasy to ope and then fold up and has a little carry handle very tough holds 25 stone as well, would highly recommend 👍😁❤️

The weight of these ladders is far too excessive for me, I couldn’t even get them out the box! Unfortunately I don’t think anything lighter will go as heigh as I want but I’m not sure I’ll be able to use them.

The treads on this step ladder are wider than normal, making it more secure for climbing and standing for any length of time.The higher top rail is ideal if you are not good with heights, as you have something to hold on to, to steady yourself, along with the hand rails on the sides, which also make you feel more secure.The top rail is ideal for hanging curtains as you can fold the curtain and drape it on the handrail, so it takes the weight, and it isn't all hanging on your arms and hands while you are trying to get them on to the track or rail. For decorating the top step could be used to hold the paint tray, while you climb up and if you are high enough to reach what you are painting without using the top tread, you could leave the paint roller to can on it while you are painting.This is my second pair of steps like this the others were only a two tread, but I used them to decorate the whole house and the high rail made you feel safe, the wider treads were more supportive as you could put your whole foot on it, not just part of your foot, thus saving making your muscles ache if you are up on the steps for a long time. They are brilliant

extends and retracts easily. Have not used a telescopic ladder before - it feels safe and secure but is a bit 'wobbly' in use - maybe they are all like that? Fantastic as a portable ladder for occasional use.

j ai acheté cet escabeau en pensant pouvoir monter en toute tranquilité pas du tout n est pas stable du toutles enfants m 'ont interdit de monter dessus seule si le colis n 'était pas si lourd je renverrait pourtant le prix n est pas négligeable très deçu
