It is a barrier foam, that dries and allegedly forms a protective layer on your hands when you go out.It is pump action, comes out of the container as foam.Note that the manufacturer never claims this is a CDC/FDA approved or recommended hand-sanitizer product, being suitable for anti-viral hand sanitizing (e.g.: to kill Corona virus) . There is no clear explanation how one would use this product in connection, or instead of an alcohol-based hand sanitizer in an everyday situation. Is it sufficient to apply to hands, and just wash it off when returning to the house? Should one still use the typical alcoholic hand sanitizer products when entering and exiting stores? Would that remove the skin protectant layer?The implication when you look at the description is that this product is an alternative to a traditional,high alcohol content hand sanitizer. But when reading the product description carefully, it does not actually say that. Nowhere do I see a claim that this product has any antiviral action, or an ingredient with antiviral action.What they say in their FAQ is: "Theraworx Protect advanced hygiene can be used in the same manner as hand sanitizers to support the antimicrobial barrier of the skin". Note that this just says "in the same manner". You could say the same thing about just about any hand lotion, which can be used in the same manner, ie. it can be rubbed on your hands.The packaging lists ingredients without specifying concentrations. The manufacturer's web site claims clinical studies are available, but you have to be a documented health care worker to gain access to these. What is up with that? Whether the product works or not is on a need to know basis?Given the importance of proper hand hygiene in these Covid Pandemic times: I conclude that I have not seen any evidence presented that this product is an useful alternative to the CDC recommended hand sanitizer products.

I especially prefer the liquid spray over the lotion press down applicator bottles. It is real easy to apply the spray to my legs and I think it works faster and better then the lotion Theraworx. When I wake up with terrible leg or feet or toe cramps I can quickly spray this on and it works for me pretty fast to get relief. I believe it helps get rid of a bad cramp. Sometimes it doesn't work as good as other times, but I truly believe most of the time it makes a big difference getting rid of a cramp. I have never just sprayed my legs ahead of time. I just use it if I wake up with a cramp. That is how I use it anyway.

We love this stuff. We keep a bottle in our car and use it all the time. My husband puts it on his entire head, face and hands. He was around a co-worker with Covid and did not get it. I rub it on my hands and forearms. I like to rest my forearms on the buggy's at the store so that's why I put on my hands and forearms. I will dab it around my nose and mouth. Dries fast and is not sticky after it dries.

My husband had surgery and is not able to walk. The hospital nurse introduced this product to him while he was in the hospital. I ordered it on Amazon. It came in a reasonable amount of time considering Covid. I wash him up with this several times a day. I like it because you it doesn’t require rinsing and his skin is clean and fresh. It also does dry out the skin. It has helped me a lot. My husband also like the wipes. He uses them before he puts on his pjs

One of the questions asked was does this product kill germs. The user replied No!The reason that it is used in hospitals and approved by doctors and nurses is that Colloidal Silver is a well documented killer of both bacteria and viruses. I am more than pleased with my purchase of the product. It’s fresh smelling and leaves a protective barrier behind without being sticky. Now if I could get the coupon for the 10% discount on subsequent purchases to work.

Value and how quick it works

Apply foam to cramping muscle and get immediate relief. The best I have found.I bought two bottles so I would have a bottle near where cramping normally starts. A bottle is always on my night stand.

Easy on hands. Only issue is that they top can come unscrewed and spill.
