Gma's new hobby
Okay, got this for a 9 year old boy, but it's more suitable for the dexterity of a teen or older. Pieces were smaller than expected. Also didn't realize there were alternative customizations until half way through ( they offer some custom parts right away but we realized 5 guys in that we could have chosen to build rangers or vanguard. Now we'll have half and half, which is fine for our first build). I've been assembling them with Gorilla Glue and am quite enjoying the process. I'll prime them for painting and my grandson and I will paint his first army together. He's really loving the characters. Bought a couple decks of cards to introduce him to the game. We're looking for any set that includes dragons next.Edit... added photos of the characters finished. G'ma had a blast painting these. 9 year old loved the finished project, did not have the dexterity to assist (or desire to assist) but he did ask for several more kits to be painted by G'ma and am looking forward to all the kits. Highly recommend separate purchase of the citadel grip. Alleviated shoulder and arm pain immediately. Also some sort of magnifying kit with clamps is recommended. Bought all of my supplies on Amazon and used tube acrylic paints. Wet palette also recommended.

Exactly what you think it is
Box of ten toaster bois for slightly cheaper than GW. Kit's good and the price is better than MSRP.

Great kit, the detail is unreal
I have bought 4 of these kits from various sources. Great kit, the detail is unreal. I recommend painting the guns before you glue them on if the gun sticks to the model's chest. Make sure you have a file because the mold lines are pretty serious on the coats, and use some kind of glue or epoxy that can cover the line between the coat pieces.

No regrets!
This was the first set i got when i was first introduced to warhammer by a friend. We had a blast putting them together, and it started my ad mech army of the Omnissiahs chosen. Dont make my mistake and buy a starter set first! But still, i have no regrets getting this and if they ad mech i would recommend 2000% their snipers are good, and they have both good assault and ranged guys. Recommend to make one squad each but the variability is key to these guys. Worthwhile price!
