Get this if your folder needs a thumb stud
Absolutely positively worked. Bought two folders that didn't have thumb studs and was about to give them away until I found this.Use loc-tite, superglue or something to help ensure they stay.

Easy to add
Got this for a knife that did not come with a thumbstud. Allows me to open th knife one handed and very easy to install. Once you have the stud where you want it, make sure to use loc tite so the screw does not come loose on you.

Brass one fell off soon after installing
Turned my Cold Steel Kudu into a quicker opening knife. Ring-lock knives are pretty quick to close once you get the knack for it, and the thumb stud allows it to open about as quickly. The stainless one holds on pretty good, the black one does just as good, but the brass one didn't work as well for me. These are small enough that you will probably never see it again if it falls off outside in the grass. One of these could make a Kudu ring-lock faster (and safer) to use than all their quick-draw videos show.ADDITIONAL - The blue ones attract a magnet, so I doubt they are brass.Loctite would probably work with the brass ones, I never tried. And the brass ones are easier to file down to fit thicker blades, so maybe save your brass thumb stud for your largest blade and Loctite it to prevent it from falling off.

Great purchase
I recently purchased this product, and I am incredibly satisfied with my experience! The quality is outstanding, and it works exactly as described. It was easy to set up and has made my daily tasks so much easier. I also appreciate the fast shipping and careful packaging. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for something reliable and efficient. Would definitely buy again!

Doesn’t fit Buck 110
Just a heads up. The thumb studs are well built but don’t fit my new Buck 110. I have the brass one on a Buck 112 and if fits fine, but the silver and black one are too narrow for the Buck 110. These are fine for any knife they fit, but they are advertised as Buck 110 compatible.

He loves them!. It turned a nice Civivi backlash with an uncomfortable flipper into a wonderfully fidgity knife. Super easy installation. tools included.

Pretty good
The media could not be loaded. So far I like the look and feel of this. I put this on a civivi praxis and realsteel cutjack. Used some blue glue on screws hoping for longer life spam. Just messure your blade thickness.

Great Way To Re-Invent A Knife
Adding these thumb studs to a flipper or any other type of knife that doesn't already have thumb studs can basically make it a new knife...I've added all three of mine to flippers that now have great thumb stud and reverse flick action now too...I'll be buying more for sure....Only thing to keep in mind is make sure your blade has a FLAT surface wherever you're planning on adding the studs
