All filaments work great once you find their sweet spot for nozzle and bed temperatures :)
Anyone complaining about filament not sticking, stringing, etc. needs to have some patience and fiddle with their temperature settings until it works out. Once you figure it out for a given filament (of any brand or even sometimes batch), it will work. Make sure your Z axis compensation is also spot on as perfect temperatures with a bad Z axis compensation value will result in your first layer never sticking. I have been able to get all of the filaments I have tested in the pack so far to stick without issue (sometimes too well, but better than the alternative) and without any stringing.Since not all printers a 100% the same, you may need to tweak the settings below a hair to get optimal performance. If you hear a clicking sound from your extruder (that is it not able to push the filament through the nozzle because it is not soft enough), try bumping up the nozzle temperature 1-5 degrees until it goes away. The secret to no stringing is to set this as low as possible to where your extruder is silent. This is true at least on a CR-10S Pro V2, not sure if this applies to others as this is the only printer I have :)These are the settings I have found work for my setup:- Creality CR-10S Pro v2 (firmware version 1.70.1)- Cura 4.6.0- Z Comp: 2.30 (configured via the LCD when starting a print and during leveling)- Cura- Cura PLA defaults except for the changes listed below for the colors- Cura printer defaults (Creality CR10S Pro since there is no V2) at "Staqndard Quality - 0.2 mm" (turning on supports as needed)- Regular colors (i.e. Brown)- Nozzle Temp: 205 C- Bed Temp: 60 C- Neon colors (i.e. Neon Orange)- Nozzle Temp: 210 C- Bed Temp: 65 C- NOTE: The neon colors look a little dark while being printed and don't go back to their original neon color until after they cool.I haven't gotten to the glow or the 2 translucent ones yet, but I will update my review once I get to them with temperatures I found to work well.

Three spools
Have only been 3D printing for about six months - and during that time I've been trying out different filaments. I ordered three spools of this Amazon Basics PLA filament - pearl white, translucent red, and translucent. All three have worked satisfactorily with the Ender 3 Pro printer I'm using. I've tried all three - but I've mainly been using the translucent red lately. It adheres to the build plate and I have had almost no strings during printing. Both the pearl white & translucent red do allow light to filter through them (more so when thin) - the pearl white looks to me more like milk than it doe pearl. Neither is very shiny. The translucent is sort of clear - when thin, not so much when thick. Based on these three spools - I will be buying more of the Amazon Basic filament. Happy with my purchase.

I had problems!!!!
So why the 5 star review?I'm no pro at 3d printing. I know you buy high quality PLA, level the bed and hope for the best. So far, I've only had a few failures and many successes. My printer is a SnapMaker Original. The Amazon Basics PLA flows great, and the final print looks great, but I had fun getting there. The spool is a half inch wider than anything else in my collection. The SnapMaker Original has a peg with a thumb screw on the end to hang spools on, but the 3" wide spool hangs past the edge of the peg. I could have hung the spool and removed the thumb screw, but I was worried that the spool might work it's way off the peg.I left the thumbscrew on, and hung the spool. The inside hub of the spool hung up on a printer screw and snapped my filament guide. I printed a washer to avoid that, and tried again successfully.I purchased this because I have a lot of faith in Amazon Basics products. The one's I've used are always top notch and fairly priced. This PLA is great, but $4.00 per spool higher in cost than the Eryone product I usually buy.Can I recommend this product? Yes.Will I buy it again in the future. No (spool size and higher price).

Good quality, consistent and clean
Update: I've been through several more rolls of Amazon PLA and revising my ratings a bit. Black is 5 stars -- I like it a lot. Filament is consistent, clean, no bubbles or thin spots. Prints easily and predictably and is very dimensionally accurate. Blue is 3 stars. Not so much because it is bad, but because it is not as good as Black, it is less dimensionally accurate (NOT recommended for precise fitting parts), it has a strong and unhealthy fumes (I never have issues printing PLA in my workroom but did with Blue), and you can get better PLA for this price. Red is 4 stars -- a bit better than Blue in all respects and does not carry the fumes. Grey I've only used one roll but appears very similar to Black. I tend to use other PLAs nowadays because there are several vendors with high quality and a lower price. But I will continue to buy the Black/Grey 3kg rolls when the price is favorable as I like it a lot. After testing many of the generic PLAs I'm a fan of Amazon. I suspect this PLA has higher oil (or whatever they add) than most. Has very consistent quality and produces nicely detailed prints with less lining and graining. However, stringing is a result and should be accounted for. Easily addressed with a flow control calibration and a slight bump in retraction. Overall, very easy and consistent to work with once dialed in. One consideration: the rolls are wider than standard and will not fit in Bambu AMS.
