purchased this tie to be a part of a Harry Potter Slytherin outfit. Looked great. Decent quality for the price. Looks like the photos, no issues.

My nephew wanted to be Harry Potter for Halloween and my sister looked around locally for some of the costume pieces, but wasn't thrilled with the quality or cost $15-$20 for the glasses and tie.When we found these they were essentially on back order, but would still arrive by Halloween. They actually were sent early and arrived a week before the original delivery date.The quality of the tie feels nice and is like any other basic tie you might find at a clothing store. The tie is a bit long for a kids tie, my nephew is of average height for an 8 year old, but when I tied it to go only down to his belly button, the thinner side of the tie hung down past the widest part 4 ish inches. He has a robe to wear which will cover this up, so not a huge deal.The glasses are thick plastic, with no lenses (no glass to break or plastic to scratch) and fit my 8 year old nephew just fine. He's got a thinner build, but they also fit my 7 year old nephew who is a bulky kid (taller than his brother.) If your child looks more like Slytherin's Crabbe or Goyle you may want to look elsewhere as they may not fit.

I bought this tie for my daughter to go to Harry Potter camp this summer. She looked super cute and this worked perfect. We will probably use it for a costume this Halloween. Great quality and not too long for her. She is 8 years old.

We purchased these for our trip to Universal Studios. We wore them to Harry Potter’s world and received lots of compliments! The photos we took were so cute! Memories recorded! I would definitely order again!

Nice material for the price! I would say this is more for an adult because it went to the waist on my 5 year old. But can adjust the size if you use a clip like I did.

Got this for my 4.5 year old for his Halloween costume. The glasses don't have lenses so there's nothing to worry about scratching or popping out. The tie is definitely too long for a toddler or preschooler but it honestly looked kinda cute hanging down so far. Just used my eyeliner to draw a lightning strike scar on his forehead, dressed him in his standard school uniform (white collared shirt and black pants) and used the magician cape from his dress-up box. Least expensive Halloween costume ever.
