Favorite elbow strap for smaller arms!
This strap is wonderful for smaller arms. My tennis elbow likes to creep in at times I'm playing a lot. This brace helps a ton. It has a small metal piece in the strap to position on the tendon, unlike others that just use a piece of foam. Works well!!

Good fit, stays in place
This brace is better than others I've tried. With its narrow width, it fits snugly without gaps, and doesn't slide down the arm or slip out of place. One drawback, it does tend to itch a little, but does seem much more effective than others.

GREAT
A thin strap with ... elastic!!!! Works great all day!

Feels good against muscle
It goes on easily and easy to adjust. The pressure gives relief. However, it tends to slide down towards my wrist during physical activity. It has to be real tight to ovoid that, but too tight is not good.

Great for pinpointing pain
Having pain right below my elbow, this strap has a hard piece of plastic that can be placed directly on the pain location. You can make it right or a loose as you need. Pressure on a single point, where the pain originally originally comes from, can cause that knot or cramp to slowly release after a couple hours.

Pass
Love braceability, I have 3 braces from them but get the bigger brace for tennis elbow. This one is useless. I bought both. The bigger one helped to reduce strain and pain even with repeated use of the joint. This one did nothing.

Works
I have been looking for something like this. The roller bearing in the material is perfect direct pressure where needed for the tendinitis. There is also a slight stretch to the fabric so when you pull it tight, there is still circulation during workouts. After a few weeks of use, the tendinitis went away. Could be like “flossing” possibly?
