I'm on this every morning and afternoon because I'm at a standing desk for work and just standing on my anti-fatigue board, as much as it relieves pain, does nothing to relieve boredom. So I got this, used the stoppers and took it easy (I'm in my 40s). I figured I needed to maintain my balance and build both leg strength and tendon strength and this would help. It's really fun and a conversation piece when people come in for meetings. I like to challenge some of my co-workers to see how long they can stay on (without the stoppers ofc now that I have graduated past them). I use it at lunch as well more for focused exercise. Week 1 = went from 20 seconds to 30 seconds to 1 minute without falling. Week 2 = up to 2-3 minutes. Week 3 = 5 minutes. Now I'm on it 15 min. at a time, but at my desk so it's not a pure balance board for me since I can lean on the desk with my arms when I use the keyboard and mouse. Look up some videos on youtube and you can start to do tricks once you get up to 5 minute marker. Lots of variety. Very fun. Highly recommend it because of the trainers. I will be training my little kids on it too, which they can do themselves with the trainers and graduate as they get better. I love that. Enjoy!

This is a good board. Does what it's supposed to. The kids and I are enjoying working on our balance and core strength. Only issue is figuring out where to store it (but that's not their fault).This is great value for the money.It is durable. My husband can comfortably use this, as well.Just be sure to clear an area around you before using it and be sure to explain it's dangerous to go near while someone else is using it.Woukd purchase again!

Fun to use and very good quality board. It's going to take me some work to get a handle on it but I'm looking forward to it. Just hopping on for a few minutes was quite the workout so I feel like this is going to really do good things for my core and balance skills. I'm in love!

I'm having fun with this, and it is bringing more fun to my workouts. I don't know how long it will last. As an average size adult female, I think the sturdiness is fine, but not sure how long it would last if I was a big/tall guy or heavyset. It is easy to put together and spending 5 min. a day in first week has helped me to gain balance. I'm looking forward to doing more, and can see how my body is quickly adapting, so I'm guessing for those who are new, like me, a little bit every day over a couple months will bring good results, and I feel confident I'll be doing some tricks by then, too.

Good quality and price, lots of fun

Very happy with this purchase! I was looking for something to help me train and strengthen my body because I'm going snowboarding in Whistler in a month and I'm a bit out of shape. I couldnt decide on a product because I wanted to practice on an air cushion, a foam roller, half foam roller or actual tube.. but I knew I didn't want to make many purchases and each piece would give me different balance techniques to practice on. I came across this product and I LOVE that it is a combination of everything I wanted!The air cushion is perfect for beginners who don't feel stable (me).. the foam roller was great when I felt like I wanted a step up in challenge.. and the tube is exactly what I wanted to be ready for. I was able to get up on the tube by the first day.By the time I was practicing on the tube, I was only practicing side-by-side and I used the other balance pieces to help me feel secure on each side in case a catastrophe happened. Once I got that down I realized this motion wasn't going to help me feel ready for snowboarding..Another reason I love this product is the fact that you can unscrew the bottom stoppers and move them. I put both stoppers on the narrower side of the board and was able to practice balancing more similarly to snowboarding. Very very satisfied with this product!I paid about $84 mid November.. a week later it is $99. Still the best price compared to other options similar to this combination.

The board is pretty much what I was looking for. Use regularly and so do my kids.
