Exactly what I was looking for
These are soft and comfortable. After a week in the hospital wearing mesh disposable panties, putting these on made me feel so much more human. The rise is high enough that they don’t bother my c-section incision and they’re a little wider in the gusset than most underwear so they hold a post-partum pad in place more securely and prevents leaks. The lace waistband is very soft and doesn’t bind at all, which is good for comfort and more flattering than a tighter band on a squishy post-part in belly. The style is not exactly drop-dead sexy but they have pretty detailing and are nice colors, and generally are a vast improvement on your standard granny panties. The only downside is that the fabric and lace are so soft that I don’t think they’ll last very long. The lace has already started to fray a bit after just a few weeks of wear (I bought the five pack, so I am wearing them only about once a week each) and the fabric, while very comfy, is so soft and thin I can’t imagine it will hold up in the long term. Fortunately, they don’t need to last forever, just for this healing period. In short, if you’re having or had a c-section, these panties are a nice little luxury to make the recovery more pleasant.

I am very happy with this purchase
I am very happy with this purchase! I had an emergency c section and didn’t plan on having crazy large grandma panties. I figured my normal underwear would work fine with the pads and I would be good. I usually buy my underwear from Victoria’s Secret or jc penny’s so you know the style. Low cut hip hugger style. Well that doesn’t quite work with a c section! They lined up perfectly with my incision. So the few nights when I was back at home I had to wear my husbands boxer briefs. I found these on amazon and decided to go for it! And couldn’t be more happy. I was so excited when they arrived! They fit perfectly! They are so comfortable and super soft! They are high enough that they don’t have the pressure on my incision and I don’t feel like I’m wearing grandma panties! I would recommend these to any new mom!

Most comfortable pair of panties I own
Most comfortable panties I own. I'm 8 months pregnant. I usually where are size small underwear but I ordered medium to accommodate my growing size while pregnant. They're super soft and stretchy making them so very comfortable. This being my second pregnancy, I remembered how important it was to have comfortable underwear postpartum. Not knowing what type of delivery this will be, I wanted something versatile and these panties are going to be perfect. It's amazing how something so small can really make a woman feel more comfortable when the only thing you want to think about is your baby

Very comfortable and fits well.
These underwear fits well and are very comfortable. I had to wear the hospital mesh undies for the first few days after my c section then i switched over to these. Just the fact that I'm no longer using something from the hospital and not wearing giant maternity undies that goes up to my boobs made me feel a lot more normal and on the recovery to be myself again. Even though I know the road to complete recovery is still far away, these made me feel like a human once again and not just an incubator for a baby.

Lace waistband is falling off before ever wearing!
EDIT: I contacted the company & they quickly replied asking for more info & replaces the item immediately. Excellent customer service, & the rest of the order was in good condition, so I must’ve just gotten a faulty piece. :)The fit was good, however my very first time putting one on, the lace waistband is coming unsewn off of the fabric! They look pretty but with the lace coming off they just don’t appear to be good quality. I was in a hurry so I haven’t checked the rest to see if they’re defective.

Awesome! Must have postpartum item!
Must have item! I had a C-section and sick if wearing mesh underwear from the hospital. Super comfy and covers well above my incision area without compressing to much. They are super soft band. The lace gives it that femine look with some cheek exposure on the back from a nonn granny panty underwear line. I honestly am so glad I got these underwear!!!

These are wonderful!
I purchased these in the hopes of having a comfy option after labor that would also work well for a c-section if things go that way, and I am super pleased. These are very stretchy- and full coverage which is hard to find. I am 36 weeks pregnant and 152 pounds (118 before pregancy) and went with a size Large, and I'm glad I did- they fit wonderfully. The bottom area of these is much wider than most underwear to provide extra comfort and room for a pad. I do worry that the the lace will get a bit pilled after several washes, as it was starting to seem that way after just one wash, but I'm not going to be wearing these forever so it's not a huge issue.

250 pounds, pregnant LOVE THESE
These panties fit perfectly, super buttery soft, go above my c section area. I'm 250 pounds, 9 months pregnant and I love them. I got the Biggest size. My pad fits perfectly as well. I'm excited to have panties that conform to my body so well and stay put.

Best c-section recovery pants!
These knickers are amazing! I had an emergency caesarean on Sunday and these fit above my wound and allow me to move about comfortably. They hold everything securely and the midwives have all commented on how pretty they are too. I know you could buy cheap big pants but these are so worth the money.

Perfect panties
Comfy, stretchy knickers that sit well above c section scar. These have helped to keep my stomach in shape and support my scar line whilst not being too hot/big/too much faff. I have worn supportive jogging pants with these though that have supported me well to allow the bruising to heal. No need for c section recovery band have found my joggers better!

Don't come up high enough for me.
They don't come up high enough for me. They come above my c section scar, but I have a bruised area about my scar which the lace band digs into to and can be uncomfortable. I just got some cheap full briefs which did the trick. Also I'm a size 14 and got an L, which were slightly tight.

Itchy lace but good fit
The lace was so itchy around my belly where stretch marks were forming. Worn during late pregnancy and few weeks post partum.

Great buy!
Love these, so soft and comfortable but also more supportive than I expected. They also cover my new stretch marks after having my baby which protects them from getting sore on clothing materials. I think I'll buy some more.
