Would be nice if they were in individual pouches. Purchased for granddaughters running cross country and track. Really nice length.

I waited a full year to form an opinion of these neck coolers. They really do work. If they begin to feel warm, just remove and snap them a few times and they are refreshed. I use them to mop my face and wipe down my arms. A must have in the summer Arizona heat.

Pleasantly surprised how well these worked over and over in one long day. Big enough to drape over your shoulders, but not so big that it takes up a lot of room in a bag.. we folded it up in a sandwich size bag in between uses.

I bought these for a vacation trip to a HOT location. I wore them every day and they truly helped keep me from getting over heated. LOVE them!!

I'm fat, I sweat a lot, I now live in a state that is >=50% humid 95% of the year, and since I live in MS, on the coast, means no more winters like I was used to in Chicago, meaning, a lot of time to sweat and I sweat a lot. So I usually use these to dab my forehead or as a skull cap kind of. Works well for the first hour of yard work, but then is literally wringable after that. THOUGH I do love how light they are that it makes it not that big of a deal, and they stay light since they're thin. I also like that these ABSORB moisture and doesn't squeegee it around like the "MICROFIBER Towels" do. AND since there's 8 of them, I haven't any issue with bringing two out, throwing them on a pile of clothes, and waiting to wash them, since I still have 6 more left.Yeah I would recommend them.

I got very hot for my cheerleader and desperately needed something to cool her down. She was so happy that it worked. Great price and durability.

Was out in the mojave for a week and these really came in handy. A splash of warm water in the heat of the day will make these feel like ice on your skin. Cheap, packs small, and you can wear it like a scarf tucked under your clothes.

I ordered these for hot work days. The spongy-er cooling towels I think are better, but, these work.

These just don't work. They're not cold, you can snap as much as you want - nothing. I took one to hot yoga, and it was completely pointless. An irritating waste of money. EDIT - they are also harassing me by email now to take down my one star review. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

These good quality, well packaged towels are very lightweight, but they are just microfibre towels which you wet before applying to your body (usually around the neck) and they are NO MORE COOLING than any other wet towel - and in fact, because microfibre dries so quickly, they are less effective than a wet face cloth. Sew a few facecloths together (£1 for 3 in most poundshops) and you will have something far more effective, since it will not dry almost as soon as it is applied.If you want to use these as simple hand towels however, then then are perfect, as they are so lightweight and quick drying - but cooling, no - or at least not for more than a few minutes.

I live in the Middle East and use these towels daily to survive walking my dog - 40°c and high humidity. I'm not going to say I feel exactly cold wearing them, but they certainly make a lot of difference.You have to get them wetter than you think so be prepared for damp clothes but let's face it - damp from these is preferable to damp from sweat. Combine a towel with a hand fan and you're onto a winner for even the hottest temps.Excellent product and good value for money.

I chose this brand for the length of the towel and I am really pleased with it. Can tie it round head/neck, with a knot or a tie-knot, without any fiddling, even in the middle of a workout. This brand says to snap/pull it from either end to cool it, but I spin it windmill style four times, as other brands say, and I think that works much better. Is very cool and really does cool right back down with a few spins. It doesn't keep the water locked inside, though: it does soak into other clothes, so you still get wet, but at least it's not sweat! That's why I left one star off absorbancy. I haven't used it to absorb sweat, so I don' t know about that. I have stayed so much cooler at the gym, it makes working out much easier, and am able to do cardio for much longer. I am about half as red in the face as I was before, or even less. Have used it on hot days in the garden too, very pleasant. It stays wet for a long time, but does dry out. Easy to top up though.

I read a few reviews on these towels with mixed feelings. Some said they worked others said they didn't. With an open mind. I purchased them hoping they would work and help to keep me cool. I followed the instructions and omg they worked. I hung it around my neck and instantly I began to cool. When I wanted to make the towel cool again I followed the instructions and flicked the towel 6 times and to my amazment the towel cooled down again. Honestly give them a go for the hot months. They really do work.
