Buyer beware!
So disappointed in these snap fasteners. Overhalf of these are defective. It seems like the prongs are not grasping the other end. I contacted the seller after 14 days and 2 follow up emails I finally got this as a response:"Dear customer,So sorry to hear that, would you please show us some pictures for check?Thanks, "It is so embarrassing when a customer comes back to me with a broken item because these snaps.NEVER BUYING FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN!

How in the world could an eyelet NOT work? These don't
I bought these colored eyelets to make a birthday card. I have been using eyelets for paper and fabric all my life and I swear, these just do not work. I tried so many times to tap the eyelet using the tool provided then gave up and just used a small hammer to flatten the eyelet. They don't flatten and messed up a lot of cards trying. Big mess.I ordered more from another company and they work fine. I wonder what's wrong with these?

Corroded.
Just opened it and the tool is corroded and has some white powder on it. Now I've got to clean my brand new pre-corroded item.

Only works if you buy a separate tool to cut your holes
The grommets were ok, but I had to buy another tool to cut the fabric as the cutter that came with it didn’t work. Very frustrating to use.
